Mirax Casino Review 2026
Expert review by: Fadi Al-Falih
Our Verdict on Mirax
Mirax is a crypto-first casino with 47 providers, instant e-wallet and blockchain payouts, and a four-deposit package worth up to 5 BTC. In our test the Skrill deposit cleared in minutes and a $280 withdrawal landed in 10 hours. The weak point for this region is coverage: no Arabic interface, and most Gulf and North African markets sit on the restricted list.

Quick Overview
Mirax launched in 2022 and is run by Scores55 Tech B.V. under a Curacao Gaming Authority licence. The lobby is slots-first, with shelves for jackpot games, instant wins, bonus buy and Megaways titles, plus a large live-dealer floor built mainly from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi and Authentic Gaming tables. Banking is hybrid: Visa and Mastercard, six e-wallets and ten cryptocurrencies, with crypto and e-wallet payouts processed instantly and no casino-side fee. The bonus side is generous in headline terms and strict in the small print, with 35x wagering and a 1 EUR bet cap while a bonus is active. For the region, the picture is mixed: the platform works well technically but is English-only and closed to most Arab jurisdictions. You can compare it against the rest of our database on the Online casinos page.
- Safety: 3.5/5 — Curacao Gaming Authority licence with a published number, SSL-encrypted cashier, but no named RNG auditor.
- Bonuses: 3.5/5 — a 5 BTC four-deposit package, offset by 35x wagering, a 1 EUR max bet and a 14-day window.
- Games: 4.5/5 — 47 providers covering slots, live tables, crash, bingo, keno and scratch cards.
- Mobile: 3.5/5 — the mobile site is fast and complete, but there is no App Store or Google Play build.
- Support: 3.5/5 — 24/7 live chat and email, fast in our test, English only and no phone line.
- Arabic-friendliness: 1/5 — no Arabic UI or RTL, no MENA payment rails, and most Arab countries restricted.
Perfect for: crypto players who fund accounts in BTC, USDT or LTC, slot-led sessions with mid-size budgets, and users comfortable in English who live outside the restricted list. The instant payout rail suits players who cash out often in small amounts.
Not suitable for: residents of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon and Algeria, who cannot register at all. It is also a poor fit for anyone who needs an Arabic interface, local payment methods such as Mada or Fawry, a balance in SAR or AED, or a downloadable app.
How We Tested Mirax

1. Registration
Registration is a single-screen form. Mirax asks for a username, a password, an email address, a mobile number and an address, then sends an activation link by email. Ours arrived in under a minute and the account was live as soon as we clicked it. There is no SMS code at sign-up, and no identity documents are requested at this stage; the currency is chosen during the first deposit, and the bonus code field sits in the profile rather than in the registration form. Total time from empty form to a funded lobby was about four minutes.
2. Deposit
We funded the account with $310 via Skrill. The cashier lists Skrill as an instant method with a 2.5% processing fee, a $10 minimum and a $4,000 maximum. The balance updated after roughly three to four minutes, slightly slower than the "instant" label but well inside a normal e-wallet window. We deliberately skipped the welcome bonus code so the balance stayed unrestricted, which also meant the standard anti-money-laundering rule applied: deposited funds must be turned over three times on slots, or ten times on table and live games, before a withdrawal is released.
3. Games
- Aloha King Elvis (BGaming) — the same title Mirax uses for part of its welcome free spins.
- Gold Rush with Johnny Cash (BGaming) — the game attached to the second-deposit spins.
- Book of Egypt (Platipus) — a low-volatility book slot, used here as a bankroll-stretching session.
- Gates of Olympus Super Scatter (Pragmatic Play) — the highest-variance title of the four.
- Roulette Double Win — an RNG roulette from the Table Games filter, playable in demo before real money.
- Mega Roulette 3000 (Pragmatic Play Live) — live roulette with multiplier drops.
- Free Bet Blackjack 3 (Evolution) — live blackjack with free double and split.
Everything loaded in the browser without a download, and no title stalled on reload. Live tables streamed cleanly, though every dealer we saw worked in English.
4. Support test
We opened the live chat and asked a deliberately specific question: whether a Skrill deposit had to be withdrawn back to Skrill, and what happens if the wallet is later closed. The reply came in two to three minutes, in English, from a human agent rather than a canned answer. It correctly explained the same-method rule and the fallback to an alternative method if the original wallet is unavailable. We then sent the same question to support@miraxcasino.com and got a written answer in four to five hours. Both replies were friendly and accurate. Mirax publishes no phone number, so there is no voice channel to test.
5. Withdrawal
We requested $280 back to Skrill. The casino confirmed the request, ran its security check, and the funds arrived 10 hours after submission — slower than the "instant" e-wallet label in the cashier, which is typical for a first payout because the account is being reviewed for the first time. No withdrawal fee was charged.
Mirax requires the first withdrawal to go back to the deposit method, and that is standard anti-money-laundering practice rather than an arbitrary rule. Returning funds to the source account proves the depositor and the withdrawer are the same person, closes the obvious route for laundering money through a casino balance, and satisfies the payment provider's own chargeback rules. Only once the deposited amount has been refunded to its origin can the surplus be paid out elsewhere. Our session ended down $30 overall, and the balance was released without additional document requests.
Mirax Promotions and Rewards
Mirax runs a calendar-based bonus programme rather than a single headline offer. New accounts get a four-deposit welcome package worth up to 5 BTC plus 150 free spins, and after that the schedule repeats weekly: a Monday reload, a Wednesday free spins ladder, a Thursday lootbox and a weekend spins code. High-volume players sit on top of a daily cashback tier that pays 10% to 20% of the previous day's net losses. Everything runs through a bonus code field inside the player profile, which must be filled in before the deposit is made rather than after. Wagering is uniform at 35x on deposit offers and 45x on cashback, and bonus funds cannot be used on progressive jackpot slots. For how these terms compare across operators, see our Bonus section.

Welcome Bonus: up to 5 BTC + 150 Free Spins
The package is split across the first four deposits and each part has its own code except the first. Deposit one pays a 100% match up to 1.5 BTC (400 EUR / 400 USD) and adds 100 free spins on Candy Monsta by BGaming, credited automatically with no code. Deposit two pays 75% up to 1.25 BTC (600 EUR) plus 50 spins on Gold Rush with Johnny Cash, using code W2. Deposit three pays 50% up to 1.25 BTC (1,000 EUR) with code W3, and deposit four pays 100% up to 1 BTC (2,000 EUR) with code W4. Codes must be entered in capitals in the profile before funding the account.
The conditions are where this offer needs reading. Every part carries 35x wagering, applied to the bonus amount, and the clock runs for 14 days before unwagered funds are voided. While a bonus is active the maximum bet per spin is 1 EUR, which rules out the fast-clearing approach many players default to, and the bonus is cancelled automatically once the bonus balance drops to 0.05 EUR. Free spin winnings are themselves subject to the same 35x turnover and are capped at 100 EUR; the match bonus itself has no cashout ceiling. Slots contribute 100%, card and casual games 5%, and roulette, poker and live games contribute nothing at all.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Wagering requirements | 35x bonus amount (all four parts) |
| Minimum deposit | 20 EUR / USD equivalent |
| Max bet during wagering | 1 EUR per spin or hand |

Reload Bonuses
Mirax splits its reloads across three fixed weekdays, each running from 00:01 to 23:59 UTC and claimable once per week. The Monday Reload pays a 25% match up to 500 EUR plus 50 free spins on a deposit of at least 50 EUR with code MONDAY. The Wednesday Reload is a spins ladder rather than a match: 20 EUR returns 35 free spins, 35 EUR returns 75, and 75 EUR returns 100, all under code WEDNESDAY. The Thursday Lootbox is a randomised version of the same idea — code MYLUCKYBOX with a 25 EUR deposit opens a box containing 45, 85 or 100 spins. Weekend Free Spins run Friday to Sunday, with 33 spins for a 10 EUR deposit under code 33WEEKEND. All four carry 35x wagering, a 5 EUR max bet, a three-day activation window and a 500 EUR ceiling on free spin winnings. The featured game rotates weekly.
| Offer | Deposit | Reward | Code | Wagering |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monday Reload | 50 EUR | 25% up to 500 EUR + 50 FS | MONDAY | 35x |
| Wednesday Reload | 20 / 35 / 75 EUR | 35 / 75 / 100 FS | WEDNESDAY | 35x |
| Thursday Lootbox | 25 EUR | 45, 85 or 100 FS | MYLUCKYBOX | 35x |
| Weekend Free Spins | 10 EUR | 33 FS | 33WEEKEND | 35x |
Cashback
The Highroller Cashback is a daily rebate on real-money losses, not on bonus play, and it is tiered by how much was lost the previous day. Lose 200 to 999 EUR and 10% comes back; 1,000 to 1,999 EUR returns 15%; 2,000 EUR or more returns 20%. The credit lands automatically between 00:01 and 01:01 UTC and expires after 24 hours if unused. Two conditions cut the practical value: the cashback must be wagered 45 times, which is higher than any deposit bonus on the site, and winnings from it cannot exceed ten times the cashback amount. Only accounts that have made four deposits qualify, so it functions as a retention tool for established players rather than an entry-level offer.
| Previous day's losses | Cashback | Wagering | Max win |
|---|---|---|---|
| 200-999 EUR | 10% | 45x | 10x cashback |
| 1,000-1,999 EUR | 15% | 45x | 10x cashback |
| 2,000 EUR and above | 20% | 45x | 10x cashback |
Free Spins
Beyond the welcome and reload spins, Mirax runs standalone spin codes tied to specific games and to crypto deposits. During our test the lobby carried a new-game offer paying 35 free spins for a 15 EUR deposit under code BUFFALO35, and a crypto-only offer paying 75 free spins for a 0.00049 BTC deposit under code BTC75. No-deposit spins also exist, issued by email or through partner codes rather than published in the lobby; these are capped hard, with a maximum payout of 20 EUR, and no winnings can leave the account until at least 10 EUR has been deposited. Free spins issued by a VIP manager sit under separate terms, with a 500 EUR cap and 15x turnover instead of the usual 35x.
| Offer | Requirement | Reward | Code |
|---|---|---|---|
| New Game Bonus | 15 EUR deposit | 35 FS | BUFFALO35 |
| Exclusive Crypto Bonus | 0.00049 BTC deposit | 75 FS | BTC75 |
| No-deposit spins | Email or partner code | Varies, max win 20 EUR | Varies |
Tournaments
Mirax participates in network tournaments rather than running only in-house races, which means the prize pools are far larger than a single operator could fund. During our test three were live: the Drops and Wins tournament running 4 March 2026 to 3 March 2027 with a 25,000,000 EUR shared pool, a Gamzix Spin Express race with a 1,000,000 EUR pool running 1 June to 31 December, and a Playtech Lucky Rush tournament with a 5,000,000 EUR pool running 6 March 2026 to 17 January 2027. Entry is automatic once you play a qualifying title at the minimum bet — 0.30 EUR for the Gamzix race, cash bets only for the Playtech one. Leaderboards update live and prizes are paid as cash or spins depending on the network.
| Tournament | Period | Prize pool | Entry |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drops and Wins | 04.03.2026 - 03.03.2027 | 25,000,000 EUR | Qualifying bet on eligible slots |
| Gamzix Spin Express | 01.06 - 31.12 | 1,000,000 EUR | Bet from 0.30 EUR |
| Playtech Lucky Rush | 06.03.2026 - 17.01.2027 | 5,000,000 EUR | Cash bets only |
VIP / Loyalty Program
Every account joins the VIP ladder automatically at registration, and progress is measured in Status Points earned by betting real money. One point costs 25 EUR wagered on slots, or 125 EUR on poker, card games and video poker; low-risk roulette betting and slot gamble features earn nothing. There are ten levels, each named after an elixir, and each level-up pays a fixed reward. Alongside the ladder sits MCoins, the site's comp-point currency, which can be exchanged for cash at rates that improve as the level rises. Level-up bonuses carry 10x wagering rather than 35x, and free spins from the programme are capped at 200 EUR. Two practical benefits sit high on the ladder: a personal manager from level 5, and the ability to negotiate expanded withdrawal limits at levels 9 and 10.
| Level | Name | Status Points | Reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Almighty Potion | 0-49 | Welcome package |
| 2 | Love Potion | 50-249 | 20 FS |
| 3 | Potion of Invisibility | 250-999 | 50 FS |
| 4 | Space Potion | 1,000-7,999 | 10 EUR |
| 5 | Everlasting Happiness | 8,000-49,000 | 30 EUR + personal manager |
| 6 | Potion of Healing | 50,000-99,000 | 100 EUR + 100 FS |
| 7 | Fire Breathing Potion | 100,000-449,000 | 300 EUR + 300 FS |
| 8 | Teleportation | 450,000-749,000 | 500 EUR + 500 FS |
| 9 | The Youth Elixir | 750,000-1,999,999 | 1,000 EUR + higher withdrawal limits |
| 10 | Timeflow Potion | 2,000,000+ | 1,500 EUR + higher withdrawal limits |
Game Selection
The Mirax library is built around slots, with everything else arranged as filters on the same lobby: top, new, bonus wagering, slots, instant wins, jackpot games, bonus buy, Megaways, live, table games and slot themes. What makes it unusual for a Curacao crypto brand is the depth of the provider list rather than the headline count — 47 studios sit in the filter, mixing the traditional heavyweights with crypto-native developers and several small studios that rarely appear elsewhere. The live floor is genuinely large and heavily localised, with dozens of Latino, Brazilian, Turkish, Korean and Russian-language blackjack tables. There is also a full instant-win vertical with crash titles, Plinko variants, mines games and dice, which many older casinos still lack.

Total Games and Distribution
Mirax does not publish a total game count anywhere on the site, and no per-category counters are shown in the lobby, so we will not put a number on it. What can be verified is which categories exist and how they are weighted in practice, based on the lobby filters and how many pages each one returns.
| Category | Availability | Share of library |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | Yes, the dominant category | Largest by a wide margin |
| Live | Yes, several hundred tables | Second largest |
| Table games | Yes, RNG roulette, blackjack and baccarat | Small |
| Jackpot | Yes, dedicated filter | Small |
| Crash and instant wins | Yes, dedicated filter | Small |
| Other (bingo, keno, scratch) | Yes | Very small |
Slots
Slots are the reason the site exists, and the mix leans towards hold-and-win mechanics, Megaways and bonus-buy titles rather than classic three-reel machines. Bonus buy and Megaways each have their own filter, as do slot themes, which is useful given how many near-identical hold-and-win releases sit in the catalogue. Almost everything is playable in demo mode straight from the lobby. Below is a sample of titles that were live during our test, mixing recognisable hits with releases from smaller studios. For a wider view of what is worth playing across operators, see our Slots hub.
- Aloha King Elvis — BGaming
- Gold Rush with Johnny Cash — BGaming
- Aztec Magic Bonanza — BGaming
- Book of Egypt — Platipus
- Gates of Olympus Super Scatter — Pragmatic Play
- Sun Princess — Pragmatic Play
- Big Bass Raceday Repeat — Pragmatic Play
- Hell Hot 100 — Endorphina
- Buffalo Hold and Win Extreme 10,000 — Booming Games
- Coins of Alkemor: Extreme Magic — Hold & Win
- Snoop Dogg Dollars
- Moneyfest
Live Dealer Games
The live floor is one of the strongest parts of Mirax and draws on Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Authentic Gaming and LuckyStreak. Blackjack dominates by volume, with more than seventy tables including Free Bet Blackjack, Speed Blackjack, ONE Blackjack and Privé Lounge tables, plus large blocks of language-specific rooms — Latino, Brazilian, Turkish, Korean, Russian and Indonesian. Roulette is thinner but covers the main formats: Live Roulette French and its VIP room, Crystal Roulette, Viva Brasil Roulette, Salon Privé Auto-Roulette and the multiplier-driven Mega Roulette 3000 and Gates of Olympus Roulette. Baccarat runs to Amazing Baccarat, Big Small Baccarat, Cantonese Speed Baccarat, Hi-Lo Baccarat, Seotda Baccarat and Thai Baccarat, and there is a Privé Lounge Russian Poker table plus game-show style formats such as Color Game Bonanza. Streams run around the clock; no table we opened was in Arabic.
Table Games
The RNG table section is much smaller than the live floor and functions mainly as a low-stakes and demo-friendly alternative. Roulette is covered by titles such as Roulette Double Win, which can be tested in demo before any deposit. Blackjack and baccarat both appear as software versions inside the Bitcoin Blackjack and Bitcoin Baccarat filters, alongside video poker, which the VIP terms treat as a separate wagering category. Dice, Sic Bo, Craps and Hi-Lo sit adjacent to this section rather than inside it. One point matters more than the selection itself: under the site's anti-money-laundering rule, deposits must be turned over ten times on table and live games before withdrawal, against three times on slots, and table games contribute only 5% — or nothing at all for roulette — towards bonus wagering.
Jackpot Games
Jackpot Games has its own filter in the lobby, and the footer carries a dedicated Bitcoin Jackpot Slots entry, so the category is a permanent part of the library rather than a seasonal shelf. Mirax does not display a live jackpot ticker in the lobby, and it does not publish current pool sizes or a proprietary jackpot network, so we cannot quote figures. Two rules from the terms are worth knowing before playing here. Bonus funds and free spins cannot be used on progressive jackpot slots at all, so the category is real-money only. In exchange, progressive jackpot winnings are explicitly exempt from the installment rule that otherwise splits payouts above 40,000 EUR into monthly tranches — a jackpot is paid in full.
Instant and Crash Games
The Instant Wins filter is well stocked and covers most of the formats crypto players look for. Crash is represented by Astronaut, Spaceman, Avia Rush, AviaFly 2, AviaJet, Balloon Mania and Pump It, alongside the chicken-crossing sub-genre — Chicken Road Gold, Chicken Road 2.0, Chicken Road Vegas, Chicken Train, Chicken Coin, Rooster Run and Hamster Run. Plinko appears in more variants than anywhere else on the site: Plinko, Plinko 2, Plinko Rush, Gods of Plinko, Football Plinko, Lucky Tiger Plinko and Fruit Paradise Plinko. Mines-style games include Mines, Mine Slot, Mineslot 2, Minesweeper XY and Mummy's Mines, and the dice group covers Dice, Rocket Dice XY and Lucky Streak 1000 Dice. Hi-Lo, Penalty Unlimited, Instant Soccer, FootballXXL and Texas Rush round out the section. Most of these run in demo mode.
Other Games
Beyond slots, tables and crash, the lobby carries a small block of casual formats: Keno, bingo in the form of Bingo Mania and Bingo Destiny, and scratch cards including Adrenaline Rush: Scratch and Golden Beans Scratch. Wheel-style titles such as Awesome Lucky Wheel and Golden Wheel, plus Craps and Sic Bo, sit in the same area. There is no sportsbook and no virtual sports section at Mirax; sports-themed content is limited to instant games like Instant Soccer and Hercules: Sports Legend.

Top Providers
Forty-seven studios appear in the provider filter, which is a genuinely wide spread for a casino of this size. The full list runs from the largest names in the industry to studios that supply only a handful of titles: 1spin4win, 1x2 Gaming, Amatic, Authentic Gaming, Belatra, BGaming, Blueprint, Booming Games, Betsoft, EGT, ELK Studios, Endorphina, Evolution, Evoplay, Ezugi, GameArt, Gamebeat, Habanero, IGTech, iSoftBet, KA Gaming, LuckyStreak, Mascot, MrSlotty, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Nucleus, OneTouch, Platipus, Play'n GO, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Quickfire, Quickspin, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, Spinomenal, Spribe, Swintt, Thunderkick, Tom Horn, TrueLab, VoltEnt, Yggdrasil and Zillion. The ten that carry the library:
- Evolution — the live floor: Free Bet Blackjack, Speed Blackjack and game shows.
- Pragmatic Play — the highest-variance slots plus Mega Roulette and Gates of Olympus Roulette on the live side.
- BGaming — the house favourite; supplies the welcome and VIP free spin games.
- NetEnt — legacy hits, with the widest set of country-level restrictions attached.
- Play'n GO — book-style and cluster slots.
- Spribe — the crash and instant vertical, including Plinko, Mines and Hi-Lo.
- Nolimit City — the highest-volatility mechanics in the catalogue.
- Relax Gaming — aggregated boutique content plus its own releases.
- Ezugi — the localised live tables, including Turkish, Korean and Latino rooms.
- Platipus — mid-volatility slots; supplies the VIP level 6 free spin game.
RTP Information
Mirax does not publish an RTP table anywhere on the site, and there is no RTP column in the lobby or in the game tiles. The terms address this directly: the casino states that it is the player's own responsibility to check the theoretical payout percentage of each game. In practice that means opening the game and reading the provider's own info panel, where the figure is disclosed by the studio rather than by the casino. Because the operator publishes nothing, we are not quoting numbers for individual titles here — provider RTPs can also be configured at operator level, so a figure copied from elsewhere would not be reliable for this site.

Demo Play
Demo mode is unusually open at Mirax. The site's own help section states that free play works without registration at all: you open the lobby, pick a title and press the demo button on the game tile, and the game launches with virtual credits. There is no deposit requirement, no email confirmation and no country selection step before playing. Demo credits are supplied by the provider and reset when the game is reloaded, so a depleted balance is fixed by refreshing rather than by claiming anything. Two limits apply. Live dealer games cannot be played for free, because the tables run on real dealers and real chips — this is a provider-side rule, not a casino one. And a small number of titles, mainly those with jackpot or network features, launch straight into real-money mode. In the lobby the difference is visible before you click: tiles without a demo label have no free version.

Payment Methods
Mirax runs a hybrid cashier: cards and e-wallets on one rail, ten cryptocurrencies on the other, with a crypto-to-fiat exchange feature bridging the two for players who hold coins but think in local currency. Fiat limits are uniform across methods — 10 USD minimum in, 20 USD minimum out, 4,000 USD maximum per transaction — while crypto minimums are set per coin and carry no stated ceiling. Fees are the main thing to check before choosing a method. Cards and two of the e-wallets charge 2.5% on deposits, EcoPayz charges 5%, and several methods including Bitcoin, Litecoin and Tether carry a small network fee on the way in. Withdrawals are almost entirely free; only cards, Sofort, InPay and bank transfer take 2.5% on the way out. There is no separate deposit page for the region, and payment availability is filtered by the country selected on the account.
Deposit Methods
Every deposit method on the site is marked instant, and in our test the Skrill transfer credited in three to four minutes, which is realistic for an e-wallet. The fiat minimum is 10 USD or the equivalent and the ceiling is 4,000 USD per transaction, which is low enough that high-rollers will need to split larger deposits or move to crypto, where no maximum is published. Fee structure is where the methods genuinely differ: Visa, Mastercard, Neteller and Skrill all cost 2.5%, EcoPayz costs 5%, while Sofort, Interac, Piastrix, eMerchantPay, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Neosurf and Flexepin are free. On the crypto side, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Tether carry a small fixed network fee and the rest are free. Deposit limits cannot be applied to crypto deposits because of how blockchain transfers work, so players who want a spending cap need to use one of the other responsible-gambling tools instead. Third-party payment accounts are expressly prohibited — the name on the payment method must match the account.
| Method | Min | Max | Time | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | $10 | $4,000 | Instant | 2.5% |
| Skrill | $10 | $4,000 | Instant | 2.5% |
| Neteller | $10 | $4,000 | Instant | 2.5% |
| EcoPayz | $10 | $4,000 | Instant | 5% |
| Piastrix | $10 | $4,000 | Instant | Free |
| MiFinity | $10 | $4,000 | Instant | Free |
| MuchBetter | $10 | $4,000 | Instant | Free |

| Bitcoin | 0.0001 BTC | Not stated | Instant | 0.00002 BTC |
| Tether (USDT) | 10 USDT | Not stated | Instant | 1.0 USDT |
Withdrawal Methods
Payout speed splits cleanly by method. Crypto and most e-wallets are processed instantly once approved, with the site's own help section quoting up to 60 minutes for e-wallets; cards take 3 to 5 banking days; Sofort, InPay and bank transfer take 5 to 7. Our first Skrill payout took 10 hours, which reflects the security review applied to a first withdrawal rather than the rail itself. The minimum is 20 USD across fiat methods and the maximum is 4,000 USD per transaction, with one exception — bank transfer has a 500 USD floor, making it impractical for small cashouts. Fees mostly disappear on the way out: e-wallets, Interac, eMerchantPay and all ten cryptocurrencies are free, while cards, Sofort, InPay and bank transfer retain the 2.5% charge. Requests above a method's ceiling are paid in installments rather than rejected. The first withdrawal must return to the deposit method, and only the surplus above the deposited amount can be routed elsewhere.
| Method | Min | Max | Time | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Skrill | $20 | $4,000 | Instant, up to 60 min | Free |
| Neteller | $20 | $4,000 | Instant, up to 60 min | Free |
| EcoPayz | $20 | $4,000 | Instant, up to 60 min | Free |

Local Payment Methods (MENA)
- Mada (KSA) — no
- STC Pay (KSA) — no
- Fawry (Egypt) — no
- PayTabs / HyperPay / Checkout (regional gateways) — no
Currently Mirax does not support local MENA payment methods. Players from the region typically use USD/EUR cards or crypto instead.
Cryptocurrency
Crypto is the part of the cashier Mirax was built around, and it is the strongest reason to use the site. Ten coins are supported across deposits and withdrawals, processed through a crypto-processing gateway rather than an in-house wallet, and every crypto withdrawal is free and marked instant. Deposit minimums are set low enough to test the rail cheaply — 0.0001 BTC or 10 USDT — while withdrawal minimums are higher, at 0.002 BTC or 20 USDT. No maximum is published for crypto in either direction, which effectively removes the 4,000 USD per-transaction ceiling that applies to fiat, although the weekly and monthly account limits still apply. Small network fees are charged on Bitcoin, Litecoin and Tether deposits and nothing on the rest. The site also runs a crypto-to-fiat exchange page, which lets players convert local currency through a crypto wallet when no direct fiat method is available for their country — the main workaround for MENA players, given the absence of regional payment rails.

Other Payment Methods
- Skrill / Neteller — both supported for deposits and withdrawals; 2.5% on the way in, free on the way out.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay — not supported.
- PayPal — not supported.
- Bank transfer — supported for withdrawals only, with a 500 USD minimum, 2.5% fee and a 5-7 banking day wait. Sofort and InPay cover online banking deposits and payouts respectively.
Available Currencies
Mirax supports eight fiat currencies and ten cryptocurrencies, and no Arab currency is among them. In practice this is a conversion question rather than a barrier: a player in the Gulf funds the account with a card or wallet denominated in AED, SAR or KWD, and the payment provider converts to USD or EUR at its own rate before the balance is credited. The cost is invisible in the cashier but real — a currency spread on the way in and again on the way out. Holding a crypto balance in USDT sidesteps both conversions entirely, which is why it is the practical choice for the region. Additional currencies can be added to an account under Wallet, Balance, Add New, but only from the supported list.
| Currency | Available |

| USD | Yes |
| EUR | Yes |
| AED | No — converted to USD or EUR at deposit |

Payment Limits and KYC
Two separate sets of rules govern how money leaves a Mirax account. The first is the limit structure: a per-transaction ceiling on each method, plus weekly and monthly caps on the account as a whole. The second is verification. Mirax does not force document checks at registration, which is why it is sometimes described as a low-friction casino, but verification is mandatory before a payout is released and the casino can request it at any point. A third rule sits underneath both: deposited funds must be wagered three times on slots, or ten times on table and live games, before any withdrawal is processed at all.

KYC Requirements
Verification takes up to 24 hours once documents are submitted, and is done from the Verification tab in the account. The standard set:
- Proof of identity — government-issued ID showing full name, date of birth, issue and expiry dates and a photo: passport, national ID card or driving licence, front and back.
- Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement or insurance document no older than 90 days, showing the name and address given at registration.
- Proof of payment — a document or screenshot showing the amount debited, the payment account holder's name and the transaction date.
- Selfie with the document — commonly requested; a video call can also be required at the casino's discretion.
Mirax asks for KYC at three points: before the first withdrawal, whenever a no-deposit bonus is being cashed out, and at any time if the account raises suspicion. Documents can be re-requested later if an ID expires or the address changes. If the casino cannot reach a player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked until verification is completed.
Withdrawal Limits
Limits apply to the account, not to the method, and are enforced on top of the 4,000 USD per-transaction ceiling. No daily cap is published. Balances above the monthly limit are not forfeited — they are paid out in monthly installments of up to 40,000 EUR until cleared. Progressive jackpot wins are the one exception and are paid in full regardless of the limit. Players at VIP levels 9 and 10 can have these caps raised at the casino's discretion.
| Period | Standard player | VIP |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Not disclosed | Not disclosed |
| Weekly | 10,000 EUR | Raised at casino's discretion from VIP 9 |
| Monthly | 40,000 EUR | Raised at casino's discretion from VIP 9 |
Mobile Experience
Mirax is a browser-first casino. There is no App Store or Google Play build, and the site is not designed around one — the mobile experience is the same website, rebuilt responsively for small screens, with an install button in the header that adds a full-screen shortcut to the home screen. In practice that is less of a compromise than it sounds, because everything the desktop site does works on a phone: the full lobby, the demo mode, the cashier, the bonus code field, the VIP page and live chat are all reachable without switching devices. Games run on HTML5, so no plugin or download is needed and titles launch directly in the browser window. Live dealer tables stream on mobile data, which is the heaviest thing the site asks of a connection. The site's own technical guidance is blunt about requirements: games that fail to launch are usually running on an outdated browser or operating system, since every modern title assumes HTML5 support. Orientation handling is the one rough edge — some slots force landscape while the lobby stays portrait, so there is a certain amount of rotating back and forth during a session.
Mobile Website
The mobile lobby keeps the same category structure as desktop — top, new, slots, instant wins, jackpot games, bonus buy, Megaways, live and table games — collapsed into a hamburger menu with a persistent search field. Game tiles load lazily as you scroll, which keeps the initial page light even though the library is large. The cashier is two taps from any screen and lists the same methods, fees and limits as desktop, including the bonus code field that must be filled before depositing. Live chat sits in a fixed corner button and opens without leaving the page you are on. Load times were consistently quick during our test, with the lobby usable before all tiles had finished rendering.
Native App
Mirax does not currently offer a native mobile app. The website is fully optimized for mobile browsers (iOS Safari / Android Chrome). The "APP" button in the site header does not lead to an app store listing; it installs the site as a browser-based shortcut. There is no biometric login and no push notification system, so promotional alerts arrive by email rather than to the device. Any third-party page offering a "Mirax APK download" is not operated by the casino, and installing a file from such a source carries obvious risk.
Mobile Usability Notes
Touch targets in the lobby are comfortable, though the filter chips along the top are tight on smaller phones. On a slow 3G connection, slots still load but live tables buffer noticeably; on 4G everything ran without stutter. Losing connection mid-spin does not cost the round — the result is settled server-side and the balance reconciles when the game reloads. Live tables handle it less gracefully and drop you back to the lobby. Rotating the device mid-game reloads some titles rather than reflowing them.
Mirax Customer Support
Support runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through two channels only: live chat and email. There is no phone line, no WhatsApp or Telegram desk, and no published office number — the only contact address is support@miraxcasino.com, alongside a contact form on the Contact Us page. Live chat sits in the bottom corner of every page and is the faster route by a wide margin; in our test an agent picked up in two to three minutes and answered a specific payments question correctly rather than deflecting to the FAQ. Email replies came back in four to five hours. Both were friendly and written by a human. The significant limitation for this region is language: Mirax operates in English only, with no Arabic-speaking agents and no Arabic macros. Players who need support in Arabic will be relying on translation tools for anything more complex than a routine question.

Supported languages: English only. The site publishes localised versions for Australia, Canada and New Zealand, but all of them are in English; there is no German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian or Arabic interface. Some individual games allow their own in-game language to be changed, and a number of live tables are hosted in other languages, but that is provider-side and does not extend to the site or to support.

Is Mirax Safe? Licensing and Security
Mirax operates under license No. OGL/2024/1307/0748 issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority to Scores55 Tech B.V., registered under No. 162990 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao. This is a licence issued under the reformed Curaçao framework rather than the old master-and-sublicence system, which means the operator is directly accountable to the regulator, with anti-money-laundering and player-protection obligations attached. It is still a lighter regime than the UK or Malta: there is no statutory deposit cap, no national self-exclusion register and no ombudsman with binding powers. The cashier and account pages run over HTTPS and the site describes 128-bit encryption on its payment gateway, but it does not name the TLS version or certificate authority. The larger transparency gap is testing: Mirax publishes a Provably Fair System page for supported crypto games, yet names no independent RNG auditor and no audit schedule anywhere in its documentation.

Mirax for Arab Players
This is where Mirax is weakest. Its terms carry a restricted countries list of more than 180 territories, and seven of the ten Arab markets we track sit on it — meaning residents cannot deposit or play for real money at all, and funds paid in through a breach of that policy are not guaranteed to be refunded. Two markets, the UAE and Kuwait, are absent from the casino's own list, but that is a commercial decision rather than a legal one: gambling is prohibited under national law in both, so registering does not make playing lawful. On top of the operator list, individual studios apply their own blocks — NetEnt content, for example, is unavailable in Kuwait and Algeria, and a handful of branded slots are blocked in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Nothing on the platform is localised for the region.

| Country | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| UAE | Grey zone | Not on the casino's restricted list; gambling is prohibited under UAE federal law |
| Saudi Arabia | Blocked | On the restricted list; one branded NetEnt slot also carries a country block |
| Kuwait | Grey zone | Not on the casino's restricted list; NetEnt content blocked; gambling prohibited nationally |
| Qatar | Blocked | On the restricted list; additional provider-level blocks apply |
| Oman | Blocked | On the restricted list |
| Bahrain | Blocked | On the restricted list; also excluded from no-deposit offers |
| Egypt | Blocked | On the restricted list; also excluded from no-deposit offers |
| Lebanon | Blocked | On the restricted list |
| Dubai | Grey zone | Same position as the wider UAE |
| Algeria | Blocked | On the restricted list; NetEnt content also blocked |
Arabic UI Quality
There is no Arabic version of Mirax. The site declares itself as English throughout, and the only localised builds are for Australia, Canada and New Zealand — all in English.
- Lobby: none
- Cashier: none
- Live chat: English only
- T&C: not translated
- Promotional emails: English only
- RTL correctness: no RTL layout implemented
Some individual games allow their in-game language to be switched, and a few live tables are hosted in other languages, but that is provider-side and does not change the interface.
Halal / Sharia Transparency
Games of chance played for stakes are generally classified as maysir or qimar in Islamic jurisprudence, and the four Sunni schools — Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hanbali — converge on treating wagering money on an uncertain outcome as impermissible, differing mainly in how they classify borderline activities such as prize competitions with no entry stake, skill-based contests, and commercial contracts containing gharar. Slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and crash games all involve a staked wager on an uncertain result and therefore fall inside the category the schools describe, regardless of whether the operator is licensed. Mirax offers no Sharia-aware game filtering, no halal-labelled section and no religious guidance in its terms; the only related filter on the site is by theme and provider. Players should reach their own conclusions based on their own reference authority.
VPN Policy
Because most Arab markets are on the restricted list, a VPN is the only way to reach the site from them — and the terms are explicit about the consequence: using a VPN to bypass a provider's block is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings. The restricted countries policy adds that the casino does not guarantee a refund if a deposit is completed in breach of it. The practical risk is not the registration but the payout: KYC requires a proof of address matching the registration details, so a mismatch between the declared country and the documents surfaces exactly when a withdrawal is requested. An account opened this way can be closed and the balance held at that point. This is not a grey area in the terms — it is a stated ground for forfeiture.
Player Reviews
Our rating combines our own hands-on testing with reviews left by real players who have deposited, played and withdrawn at the casino. Submissions are moderated for spam, duplicate accounts and personal data before publication, but not for sentiment: negative reviews are published on the same terms as positive ones, and we do not remove a review because an operator disputes it. Where a complaint concerns a specific payout, we look for documentation before weighting it into the score.
Conclusion
Mirax is a well-built crypto casino with a genuinely deep library, a fast cashier and support that answered correctly and quickly in our test. It suits players who fund accounts in Bitcoin or USDT, play slots and crash games in mid-size sessions, and want payouts measured in hours rather than days — our own first withdrawal cleared in 10 hours with no document friction. It is a poor fit for anyone who needs an Arabic interface, a balance in a Gulf currency, or a local payment rail, and for residents of the seven Arab markets on the restricted list it is not an option at all. The 35x wagering and 1 EUR bet cap also mean bonus hunters will find better value elsewhere.
Our Casino Rating Methodology
Each casino is scored on six criteria, tested on a funded account rather than from marketing pages. Safety carries the heaviest weight: we verify the licence number against the regulator's register, check the encryption in place, and look for a named RNG auditor and a working dispute route. Bonuses are scored on the terms rather than the headline number — wagering multiple, max bet during wagering, validity window, game contribution and cashout caps. Games covers the provider count, category breadth and whether demo mode is available without a deposit. Mobile is tested on a real handset, on both a fast and a throttled connection. Support is measured by sending the same specific question through every channel and timing the reply. Arabic-friendliness looks at Arabic UI and RTL, Arabic-speaking agents, regional payment methods, local currency support and whether the country is actually accepted. Scores are published whether or not we have a commercial relationship with the operator. The full scoring model is set out in our Methodology.
Affiliate Disclosure
Arabian Gambler is an independent review project. We test every casino we write about, including Mirax, on a real account funded with our own money, and we publish what we find regardless of the outcome — the withdrawal times, support responses and losses reported in this review are our own results. We may earn a commission when a player registers through a link on this site, and that commission is paid by the operator, not by the player: it does not change the odds, the bonus terms or the price of anything. A commercial relationship never precedes a review. We test first, score against the same six criteria we apply to every brand, and only then consider a partnership; a poor score is published as a poor score, and we decline partnerships with operators whose payout or complaint record fails our checks.
Responsible Gambling
Mirax accepts players aged 18 and over, and states that it uses all available methods to prevent minors from registering, including requesting proof of identity where age is in doubt. The tools on the site are more complete than the licence requires: deposit, loss and wager limits can each be set daily, weekly or monthly; a session limit can be set anywhere from 6 minutes to 1,000,000 minutes and logs you out automatically when reached; a cooling-off period blocks deposits and promotional offers while leaving withdrawals open; and self-exclusion for a definite or indefinite period disables the account entirely. Limit reductions take effect immediately, while increases require email confirmation and only apply once the previous limit expires — a deliberate delay against impulsive decisions. Self-exclusion can also be arranged by writing to support.
Gambling should be entertainment funded by money you can afford to lose, never a way to earn income or recover debts. If it stops feeling that way — if sessions are getting longer, losses are being chased, or gambling is being hidden from people close to you — stop and get help before setting another limit.
Free, confidential support is available from BeGambleAware, GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous, all of which offer online chat and helplines in English. Across the MENA region, dedicated gambling-addiction services are scarce because gambling itself is prohibited in most jurisdictions, so the practical route is usually a general mental health or addiction service: the National Rehabilitation Centre in Abu Dhabi, the Erada Complex for Mental Health in Riyadh, the Kuwait Centre for Mental Health, Qatar's Behavioural Healthcare Centre and Egypt's General Secretariat of Mental Health and Addiction Treatment hotline all handle behavioural addictions. More guidance, including how to set limits and where to find support, is on our Responsible Gambling page.
