Rocketpot Casino Review 2026
Expert review by: Fadi Al-Falih
Our Verdict on Rocketpot
Rocketpot is a crypto-only casino that has operated on a Curaçao eGaming sublicence since 2018. Our test found fast, friendly support and a lobby of more than 3,000 games, but also a 16-hour first payout and a 100x bonus wagering requirement. The daily cashback tied to player level is the real value here, not the headline welcome offer. Most Gulf countries are blocked outright.

Quick Overview
Rocketpot is a Bitcoin-first casino built around speed rather than breadth of payment choice: there is no fiat cashier at all, and every deposit, bonus and payout is denominated in one of thirteen supported coins. The lobby covers slots, live tables, game shows, jackpots and a set of provably fair in-house titles including the Rocketpot crash game. Loyalty is structured around player levels 0 to 9, which set your daily cashback rate and open the invite-only VIP club at level 7. The terms are strict in places — three times deposit turnover before any withdrawal, 100x wagering on the deposit match, and a weekly cap of 10,000 USDT — so it suits players who read the small print before claiming anything. For a wider comparison of operators available to players in the region, see our list of Online casinos.
- Safety: 3/5 — valid Curaçao eGaming sublicence No. 1668/JAZ and SSL-encrypted connections, but no published RNG certificate or independent audit.
- Bonuses: 2.5/5 — a headline 100% match up to $10,000 undermined by 100x wagering; the level-based cashback is far more usable.
- Games: 4.5/5 — 3,000+ titles from Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, Hacksaw, Relax Gaming, Playtech, Evolution and 25 more studios.
- Mobile: 3.5/5 — no native app, but the browser build is fully responsive and the cashier works on small screens.
- Support: 4/5 — 24/7 live chat answered us in two to four minutes and email in five to six hours; English only in practice, no phone line.
- Arabic-friendliness: 1/5 — no Arabic UI or chat, no MENA payment rails, and the largest Gulf markets are on the restricted list.
Perfect for: crypto-native players who already hold BTC, ETH or USDT, want a large slot and live-dealer lobby, and value steady cashback over one-off bonuses. Mid-stakes players comfortable with English-language support and weekly caps around 10,000 USDT will get the most out of it.
Not suitable for: anyone in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman or Bahrain, where accounts are blocked; players who need Arabic-language service, an Arabic interface, or local rails such as Mada, STC Pay or Fawry; and bonus hunters, since the 100x wagering requirement makes the welcome offer impractical to clear.
How We Tested Rocketpot

1. Registration
Registration is a single-screen form reached from the orange SIGN UP button in the top right corner. Rocketpot asks for an email address, a username, date of birth and a password, with an optional referral code field, plus a tick box confirming the terms and the 18+ age requirement. Social sign-in through Google or Facebook is offered as an alternative. The whole form took us under two minutes. Email verification is mandatory before any bonus can be claimed and before a withdrawal request can be released, and the confirmation link arrived within a minute. There is no SMS step at sign-up, and no address or document upload at this stage — KYC comes later.
2. Deposit
We funded the account with $340 in Ethereum. The cashier generates a personal ETH deposit address; funds must come from a personal wallet, since deposits sent from exchange or third-party wallets can be rejected and returned. The balance appeared after the first network confirmation, which took around 10 to 15 minutes at the gas price we used. Rocketpot charged nothing on top — the only cost was the Ethereum network fee. There is no maximum deposit, and the site's stated minimum is 0.001 BTC or the equivalent in another supported coin.
3. Games
We spread the bankroll across five categories:
- Slots: Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus (Pragmatic Play), Wanted Dead or a Wild (Hacksaw Gaming), Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS (BGaming).
- Table games: European Roulette and Multihand Blackjack (BGaming) in RNG format.
- Live dealer: Quantum Roulette (Playtech) and Speed Baccarat (Ezugi).
- In-house: the Rocketpot crash game, which runs on a provably fair algorithm you can verify per round.
Loading was quick on desktop and on a mid-range Android phone. Live tables streamed without stutter; the RNG tables are basic in presentation but functional. Bet sizing in crypto is displayed to eight decimals, with a USD toggle that makes stake control much easier.
4. Support test
We opened the live chat widget and asked a deliberately specific question: whether a deposit made in ETH could be withdrawn in USDT. The reply came in two to four minutes, in English, from a named agent who answered correctly and without a scripted detour — withdrawals must be made in the same coin as the deposit. A follow-up about the weekly cap was answered in the same session. We then emailed support@rocketpot.io with the same question plus a query about KYC thresholds; the response arrived in five to six hours, again in English and accurate on both points. Agents were consistently polite. Rocketpot publishes no telephone number, and no Arabic-language channel exists — our test message in Arabic was answered in English.
5. Withdrawal
We requested $400 in Ethereum, back to the same wallet the deposit came from. Rocketpot sent a confirmation email that had to be clicked before the request entered review. The payout landed 16 hours later, inside the 72-hour window the terms allow but slower than the "minutes to 24 hours" the help centre suggests. A flat network fee of 0.0006 was deducted from the amount. Combined with our play, the session finished $60 up.
The same-method rule is not arbitrary. Paying winnings back to the wallet that funded the account is standard anti-money-laundering practice: it closes the loop between source and destination of funds, and prevents a casino being used as a mixer to move value between unrelated wallets. Rocketpot's terms make this explicit, and also impose three times deposit turnover before any withdrawal — a rule aimed at the same behaviour. Plan your first cashout around it: choose the coin you intend to be paid in before you deposit, not after.
Rocketpot Promotions and Rewards
Rocketpot's reward structure leans on recurring value rather than a single large sign-up offer. The headline is a 100% first-deposit match up to $10,000, but the terms attached to it are heavy, and most regular players will get more out of the level-based cashback that pays back a share of net losses every day. Around those two pillars sit deposit-match reloads, chest rewards that unlock as you level up, daily cash drops, and leaderboard races with dynamic prize pools — the casino reports 647 tournaments run and $721,014 in tournament prizes awarded to date. Only one reward can be active at a time, and every bonus must be activated manually before you start playing. For how these offers compare with the wider market, see our Bonus guide.

Welcome Bonus: 100% up to $10,000
New accounts can claim a 100% match on the first deposit, capped at $10,000 or the equivalent in the coin you deposited. Only players who have verified their email address are eligible, and the offer is limited to one per account, IP address, household and email. The mechanics matter more than the size: the bonus lands in a separate bonus balance, and your withdrawable balance is always spent first, so bonus funds only come into play once your own deposit is gone. Activation is manual — go to Menu, then Bonus, then Activate, after the deposit has arrived but before you place a single bet. Start playing first and the offer is forfeited.
The default wagering requirement is 100x, and game weighting is where most players come unstuck. Slots count in full, but Rocketpot's own titles contribute only 0.1x, and table games, live dealer games, video poker and sports betting contribute nothing at all. A list of roughly sixty excluded slots sits in section 14 of the bonus terms. Requesting a withdrawal before the requirement is cleared forfeits the bonus balance and everything won with it, and the bonus cancels automatically if the balance falls below $0.19. Treat this as a long-session slots offer or skip it.

Cashback
Cashback is Rocketpot's most consistent offer and the reason to care about player levels. It is calculated on net losses and credited automatically, with no wagering attached to the returned amount. The rate is tied to your level on a 0 to 9 scale that you climb by wagering, so the percentage rises with volume rather than with a one-off deposit. Note a discrepancy in the casino's own material: the promotions and cashback pages advertise up to 20%, while the help centre article describes the daily programme as reaching 9%, and the VIP page states that VIP members receive between 4% and 9%. Support confirmed the rate shown on your account page is the one that applies, so check your level before assuming the headline figure.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Rate | Up to 20% advertised; 4–9% documented for VIP levels |
| Basis | Net losses over the qualifying period |
| Credited | Daily, automatically to the account balance |
| Wagering on cashback | None |
| Determined by | Player level 0–9 |
Reload and Deposit Match Bonuses
Beyond the welcome offer, Rocketpot issues deposit match bonuses on an individual basis rather than as a fixed weekly promotion. They appear on the Bonus page when they are available to you, and the casino states they are tailored to recent deposits and playing activity. The claim sequence is the same as the welcome bonus: activate the offer, deposit, then claim before playing. The general bonus terms apply, which means the 100x default wagering and the 0x contribution from table and live games unless the individual offer says otherwise. Reload offers can be claimed in any supported cryptocurrency, not only the coin used for the original deposit.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Availability | Account-specific, shown on the Bonus page |
| Wagering | 100x unless the individual offer states otherwise |
| Eligible coins | Any supported cryptocurrency |
| Stacking | One reward active at a time |
Chest Rewards and Loyalty Points
Every wager earns experience points that move you up the level ladder, and levels unlock chest rewards containing cash and bonus credit. Bonus wagers earn points at a reduced rate — one third of normal, and 30% on Rocketpot's own games — so grinding a bonus is a slower route to a higher level than playing with your own balance. Chests are opened from the Bonus section of the account menu. This is the mechanism that also governs cashback percentage, priority in support queues and eligibility for the VIP club, which makes level progression the single most valuable thing to track on the account page.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Earned on | Every real-money wager |
| Bonus wager rate | One third of standard XP; 30% on Rocketpot Originals |
| Reward type | Cash and bonus credit chests |
| Unlocks | Cashback rate, VIP eligibility |
Races and Tournaments
Rocketpot runs a permanent Race section alongside daily cash drops on selected titles. Races are leaderboard events scored on qualifying wagers, with prize pools that scale with participation, and cash drops are awarded at random to active players on chosen games. The casino reports a total of 647 tournaments run and $721,014 paid in tournament prizes, with a largest single win of $250,000 on the platform. Entry is automatic when you play a qualifying game — there is no opt-in step and no separate wagering requirement on race winnings, which are paid as cash.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Formats | Leaderboard races, daily cash drops, seasonal events |
| Entry | Automatic on qualifying games |
| Prize type | Cash, no wagering |
| Reported totals | 647 tournaments, $721,014 in prizes |
VIP / Loyalty Program
The VIP club is invitation-only and opens at player levels 7, 8 and 9 — the top of the same 0 to 9 ladder that drives cashback. There are no separate tier names beyond the level number. Members are assigned a personal account manager and get access to a VIP-only live chat channel and a members-only Discord, plus exclusive deposit bonuses, cash drops, free spins and faster withdrawal handling. Rocketpot states VIP cashback runs between 4% and 9%, tailored to playing style, and adds hospitality perks and event invitations at the manager's discretion. Requirements for each level are not published as fixed wagering thresholds; progression is driven by accumulated experience points.
| Level | Status | Benefits |
|---|---|---|
| 0–6 | Standard | Level-based cashback, chest rewards, races and cash drops |
| 7–9 | VIP (invite only) | 4–9% cashback, personal account manager, VIP live chat, private Discord, exclusive deposit bonuses and free spins, faster withdrawals, hospitality and gifts |
Game Selection
Rocketpot lists more than 3,000 games drawn from over 30 studios, and the lobby is organised the way a crypto player tends to browse: Bitcoin Games, Rocketpot Originals, New Games, Popular, Slots, Live Casino, Game Shows, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and Crash. Two things distinguish it from a standard white-label lobby. The first is the in-house Originals set — a crash game, dice and similar titles built on provably fair algorithms, where each round's outcome can be verified independently rather than taken on trust. The second is the depth of the live and game-show floor, which pulls tables from several studios rather than a single supplier, so the same game type appears in multiple formats and limit ranges.

Total Games and Distribution
Total games: 3,000+. Rocketpot does not publish a per-category count, so the shares below reflect the structure of the lobby rather than exact figures.
| Category | Share of lobby |
|---|---|
| Slots | Largest category by a wide margin |
| Live | Second largest, multiple studios |
| Table games | Substantial RNG selection |
| Jackpot | Available, exact count not published |
| Crash | Available, including in-house titles |
| Other | Keno, bingo, scratch cards, virtual sports |
Slots
Slots dominate the lobby and cover the full volatility range, from three-reel classics by Amatic and Amusnet to modern high-variance mechanics by Nolimit City and Hacksaw. Pragmatic Play supplies the most visible block of hits, and the New Games shelf is refreshed weekly as studios release. Bonus-buy versions are available on many titles, which matters because the buy feature is often the fastest route through a wagering requirement — though the excluded-games list in the bonus terms removes a number of high-RTP titles from bonus play. Filtering is by provider and by category rather than by RTP or volatility, so if you play to a specific math model you will need to check each game's info screen. For a broader look at the format, see our Slots section.
- Sweet Bonanza — Pragmatic Play
- Gates of Olympus — Pragmatic Play
- The Dog House Megaways — Pragmatic Play
- Big Bass Splash — Pragmatic Play
- Wanted Dead or a Wild — Hacksaw Gaming
- Fire in the Hole 2 — Nolimit City
- Razor Shark — Push Gaming
- Jammin' Jars — Push Gaming
- Book of 99 — Relax Gaming
- Money Cart 2 — Relax Gaming
- Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS — BGaming
- Fruit Million — BGaming
Live Dealer Games
The live floor is multi-studio. Evolution supplies the core blackjack and baccarat rooms, including the Azure, Ruby and Emerald blackjack ranges, Speed Baccarat tables and Speed Roulette. Playtech contributes its Quantum and Mega Fire Blaze roulette variants, Buffalo Blitz Live Slots, Adventures Beyond Wonderland and a wide set of language-specific tables. Ezugi covers EZ Dealer roulette and baccarat in several languages, Andar Bahar and Ultimate Sic Bo. Bombay Live runs Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and regional baccarat tables, while OneTouch, Portomaso and TVBet fill out the remainder with poker, keno-style and lobby-based products. Table limits span micro-stakes to VIP rooms, and the Game Shows shelf is a separate category rather than being buried inside Live Casino.
Table Games
The RNG table selection is deep and useful when live tables are full or you want faster rounds. Roulette is available in European, American and French formats, plus variants such as Zoom Roulette, VIP European Roulette, Premier Roulette and Roulette X2 and X5. Blackjack covers Classic, European, Single Deck, Multihand, Atlantic City, Vegas Strip and Downtown, Pontoon, Super 7, 21 Burn and Perfect Pairs. Baccarat runs from Mini Baccarat and Punto Banco to Baccarat Pro and no-commission versions. Poker-style tables include Casino Hold'em, Caribbean Stud, Oasis Poker, Three Card Poker, Pai Gow and Red Dog, and there is a large multi-hand video poker block covering Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Aces and Eights and Bonus Poker. Craps and Sic Bo are both present. Note that none of these contribute to bonus wagering.
Jackpot Games
Rocketpot carries pooled and progressive jackpot titles rather than a proprietary jackpot pool. The networked pots come from Playtech, Games Global and Relax Gaming, so the prize is shared across every casino carrying those games — which is what makes the top prizes meaningful. Titles include Everybody's Jackpot Live and Age of the Gods content from Playtech, Roulette Mega Moolah and Mega Money Rush from Games Global, Supreme 777 Jackpots, Hawaiian Dream Jackpot and Shamrock Money Pot 10K Ways. The casino does not display a live jackpot counter in the lobby, so current pot sizes are only visible inside each game. The largest single win Rocketpot reports on the platform is $250,000, though it does not state which game produced it.
Instant and Crash Games
Crash is a first-class category here rather than an afterthought, and it is the reason many players know the brand. The in-house Rocketpot crash game runs on a provably fair algorithm with a published average cashout time, and sits alongside a full SmartSoft and BGaming instant-win shelf.
- Rocketpot Crash — in-house, provably fair
- JetX and JetX3 — SmartSoft Gaming
- Balloon — SmartSoft Gaming
- Cricket X — SmartSoft Gaming
- PlinkoX — SmartSoft Gaming
- SpinX — SmartSoft Gaming
- Space XY — BGaming
- Plinko and Plinko XY — BGaming
- Minesweeper and Minesweeper XY — BGaming
- Rocket Dice and Rocket Dice XY — BGaming
- Heads and Tails — BGaming
Other Games
Keno appears in several formats, including Burning Keno, French Keno, Russian Keno and VIP Keno. Bingo-style products include Sheng Xiao Bingo and the European and American Bingo Roulette tables. Scratch cards are represented by Scratch Dice and Gold Rush Scratchcard. Virtual sports run as fast-league simulations — English, Italian, Spanish and German football leagues, Dog 6, Horses 6, Speedway, MMA Fighting and Spin2Win — with rounds settling every few minutes. TVBet supplies live-hosted betting games such as Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker and Lucky 6.

Top Providers
Rocketpot's provider list is unusually broad for a crypto operator, and it is worth knowing which studio does what before you filter the lobby.
- Pragmatic Play — the largest single block of hit slots plus live tables and game shows.
- Nolimit City — extreme-volatility slots with xWays and xNudge mechanics.
- Hacksaw Gaming — modern high-variance slots and instant-win scratch titles.
- Relax Gaming — Money Cart and Dream Drop-style content, plus networked jackpots.
- Playtech — Quantum and Mega Fire Blaze live roulette, Age of the Gods jackpots.
- Evolution — the core live blackjack, baccarat and roulette rooms.
- BGaming — provably fair instant games, Plinko, dice and crypto-native slots.
- SmartSoft Gaming — the crash shelf: JetX, Balloon, Cricket X, PlinkoX.
- Games Global — the former Microgaming catalogue, including Mega Moolah jackpots.
- Push Gaming — Razor Shark, Jammin' Jars and other high-engagement slots.
Wazdan, Quickspin, Thunderkick, ELK, Booming Games, Habanero, Blueprint, Amatic, Amusnet, GameArt, Kalamba, Betsoft, Evoplay, PG Soft, Oryx, Gamomat, TrueLab, Fantasma, MrSlotty, Caleta and Onlyplay complete the roster.
RTP Information
Rocketpot does not publish a return-to-player table for its games. RTP figures are shown inside each game's own information panel, supplied by the studio, and can differ between operators where a provider offers multiple RTP configurations of the same title. The casino states only that games are sourced from providers regulated under its Curaçao eGaming licence and are subject to testing; no certificate number or testing laboratory is named. Since the operator publishes no figures of its own, treat the in-game info screen as the only authoritative source, and check it before playing — particularly on titles that appear in the excluded-games list, where a high published RTP is often the reason for exclusion.

Demo Play
Demo mode is available on the great majority of third-party slots and RNG table games, and no deposit is needed to use it. Open the lobby, hover or tap on a game tile, and the demo option appears alongside the play button; the game then loads with a play-money balance. You do not need to make a deposit to reach demo mode, and on most titles you do not need to be logged in at all, though signing in makes the demo toggle more reliably visible and lets you switch straight to real money from inside the game. The size of the play-money balance is set by each provider rather than by the casino and is not published; on most titles it resets when you reload the game, so you are not locked out after a losing demo session. Live dealer tables, jackpot titles and Rocketpot's own crash game cannot be played in demo — live and jackpot content requires a real stake by design, so budget for that when you plan a first session.

Payment Methods
Rocketpot is a crypto-only cashier. There is no card, e-wallet or bank transfer option for funding an account: every deposit arrives as an on-chain transfer from your own wallet, and every withdrawal leaves the same way. Thirteen coins are supported for both directions — Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Cardano, Tron, Ripple, Tether on both the Ethereum and Tron networks, USD Coin and Dai. Players who do not already hold crypto can buy it through a third-party purchase widget on the site using a card or mobile wallet, but that is a currency purchase, not a deposit method; the coins still have to be sent to your account address afterwards. Two rules shape everything else: funds must originate from a personal wallet rather than an exchange or third-party address, and withdrawals must go back in the same coin, to the same wallet. Deposits credit after one network confirmation, and the casino adds no fee of its own on the way in.
Deposit Methods
Depositing is straightforward. Open the wallet, choose your coin, and Rocketpot generates a personal deposit address for that network — send to the address for the wrong network and the funds are lost, which is the single most common mistake on crypto cashiers. The stated site-wide minimum is 0.001 BTC or the equivalent; per-coin minimums exist and are shown in the cashier, but Rocketpot does not publish them as a table, so check the figure on screen before sending. Anything below the minimum is not credited and, per the terms, is not recoverable. There is no maximum deposit, since the casino cannot technically block an incoming transaction to a generated address — a point the terms make explicitly when explaining why deposit limits are not offered as a responsible-gambling tool. The casino may run identity checks before crediting a deposit, and reserves the right to return funds sent from a wallet that is not yours. In our test, a $340 Ethereum deposit took 10 to 15 minutes to confirm and appear.
| Method | Min | Max | Time | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | 0.001 BTC | No limit | 1 network confirmation | None from the casino |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Shown in cashier | No limit | 1 network confirmation | None from the casino |

Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals use the same twelve networks, with three conditions attached. You can only withdraw in the coin you deposited, and only to the wallet registered against the account. You must have wagered three times the deposited amount before any withdrawal is possible — a turnover rule that applies whether or not you took a bonus. And every request triggers a confirmation email that has to be clicked before the request enters review. The published processing window is up to 72 hours; the help centre describes payouts as usually instant but allows up to 24 hours, and larger amounts may go through an additional internal review. Our own first payout of $400 in Ethereum arrived 16 hours after the request. A flat fee of 0.0006 is deducted per withdrawal across all supported coins, which is negligible on Bitcoin and meaningful on low-value coins, so batching larger, less frequent withdrawals is the cheaper approach. Changing your account password freezes withdrawals for 48 hours as a security measure.

Local Payment Methods (MENA)
- Mada (KSA) — No
- STC Pay (KSA) — No
- Fawry (Egypt) — No
- PayTabs / HyperPay / Checkout (regional gateways) — No
Currently Rocketpot does not support local MENA payment methods. Players from the region typically use USD/EUR cards or crypto instead.
Cryptocurrency
Crypto is not one option among many here — it is the entire cashier, and the coin list is broader than most competitors offer. Stablecoins are the practical choice for most players: Tether is supported on both the Ethereum and Tron networks, and the TRC-20 version keeps network fees close to zero, which matters when the casino's own 0.0006 flat fee is added on top. Ethereum and Bitcoin are the most common deposit coins but carry the highest network costs at busy times, as our own 10 to 15 minute confirmation showed. Because withdrawals must return in the deposit coin, the choice you make at deposit is locked in for the whole cycle — if you want to be paid in USDT, deposit in USDT. Note also that the weekly and monthly caps are denominated in USDT regardless of the coin you actually hold, so a rising coin price effectively shrinks the amount you can withdraw. Per-coin minimums are displayed in the cashier and are not published as a public table.

Available Currencies
Rocketpot holds balances in cryptocurrency only. There is no fiat account, no fiat deposit and no fiat withdrawal, so none of the regional currencies below can be used as an account currency. What the site does provide is a USD display toggle, which converts your crypto balance to dollars on screen so you can size bets in familiar terms — the underlying balance stays in the coin. Withdrawal caps are quoted in USDT for the same reason. In practice this means a player anywhere in the region can still play with any local currency: you convert it to crypto at an exchange or through the on-site purchase widget, and convert back when you cash out. The only real cost is the spread and fee on those two conversions, plus exposure to coin price movement while your balance sits on the account.

Payment Limits and KYC
Rocketpot positions itself as a low-friction crypto casino, and for small deposits that holds — no documents are requested at sign-up. The friction arrives at the cashout stage, where three separate mechanisms apply: a turnover rule of three times the deposited amount before any withdrawal, verification thresholds tied to the size of the payout, and hard weekly and monthly caps. The terms also allow verification on smaller amounts at the casino's discretion, as its licence requires. None of this is unusual for the sector, but it does mean an unverified account can hold a balance it cannot immediately move.

KYC Requirements
Verification is triggered rather than routine: Rocketpot may ask at account creation or first deposit, and does ask on larger withdrawals. The published thresholds differ slightly between documents — the help centre cites withdrawals above 2,000 USDT, while the terms cite 0.05 BTC or $2,500, and reserve the right to request additional checks above $2,000. Random periodic checks also occur. Once requested, documents must be supplied within 30 calendar days or the account can be restricted.
- Government-issued ID, passport or driving licence
- Proof of address: an invoice, utility bill or official letter from a tax authority, police or magistrate — mobile phone bills are not accepted
- Proof of ownership of the payment method, which for crypto means signing a message from the wallet used for an earlier deposit
- A selfie holding your ID, with name, surname, date of birth, expiry date and photo all legible
When Rocketpot requests KYC: at registration or first deposit; on withdrawals above the published thresholds; during random anti-fraud checks; where source of funds is unclear or a deposit was not wagered; and whenever its licence conditions require it.
Withdrawal Limits
Caps are set in USDT and apply regardless of which coin you hold. The weekly and monthly figures come from the casino's own help documentation; note that the terms also contain an older clause capping wins of $5,000 or more at $5,000 per month, which conflicts with the current published limits — worth confirming with support before a large cashout. Rocketpot does not publish a separate limit schedule for VIP members, but states that VIP players receive faster withdrawal handling and that limits scale with level.
| Period | Standard player | VIP |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Not published | Not published |
| Weekly | 10,000 USDT | Not published; stated to scale with level |
| Monthly | 20,000 USDT | Not published; stated to scale with level |
Mobile Experience
Rocketpot has made a deliberate choice not to build an app, and says so plainly in its own help centre: the platform is optimised for mobile browsers instead. In practice that decision works better than it sounds. The site is a responsive build rather than a stripped-down mobile skin, so the full lobby, the cashier, the bonus page and live chat are all reachable from a phone with nothing to install and nothing to update. For crypto players this also removes a recurring irritation — app stores have inconsistent policies on real-money gambling apps, and casinos that do ship Android builds usually distribute them as APK sideloads with the security questions that brings. Rocketpot avoids the problem entirely.
The trade-offs are real but modest. There are no push notifications, so bonus expiries, race standings and withdrawal confirmations arrive by email rather than on your lock screen. There is no biometric login: you sign in with email and password, though two-factor authentication is available in account settings and is worth enabling on an account that holds crypto. And because everything runs in the browser, session persistence depends on your browser's cookie behaviour — private or aggressively cleaned sessions will log you out more often than an app would.
Game compatibility is broad. Slots and instant games are built in HTML5 and scale to portrait; live dealer tables default to landscape and stream at a lower bitrate on mobile connections. The crash game and Rocketpot Originals were designed for quick sessions and work particularly well on a phone.
Mobile Website
Navigation is handled by a burger menu that mirrors the desktop category list — Bitcoin Games, Originals, New, Popular, Slots, Live Casino, Game Shows, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Providers, Crash and VIP — plus a persistent bottom bar with Casino, Promotions, Chat and Search. Search requires at least three characters and returns results as you type, which is the fastest way into a specific title from a phone. The cashier is a two-tap journey from the balance display, and deposit addresses render as scannable QR codes, which removes the risk of mistyping an address on a small keyboard. Live chat opens as an overlay rather than a new page, so you keep your place in the lobby. Loading is quick on a good connection; the heaviest element is the lobby's game-tile imagery on first load.
Native App
Rocketpot does not currently offer a native mobile app. The website is fully optimized for mobile browsers (iOS Safari / Android Chrome).
Mobile Usability Notes
Touch targets in the lobby and cashier are comfortably sized, and bet controls in slots use provider-standard interfaces that are built for thumbs. On slower 3G and congested 4G, tile imagery loads progressively while the interface stays usable, though live dealer streams degrade first and may drop to audio-led play. If the connection fails mid-round, slot results are resolved server-side and the outcome is credited when you reconnect; live tables settle the hand without you, which is worth remembering before betting on an unstable connection. The casino's own troubleshooting advice is to clear cache and pause background downloads.
Rocketpot Customer Support
Support is deliberately narrow: two channels, both text-based, with no telephone line published anywhere on the site. Live chat is the primary route and opens from the widget in the bottom right of every page, including on mobile. Email goes to support@rocketpot.io and is also the required channel for account closure, self-exclusion requests and email address changes, which cannot be done from the account settings for security reasons. A searchable help centre at help.rocketpot.io covers registration, KYC, transactions, security and rewards in seven collections, and is genuinely useful for the questions agents get asked most. Affiliates have a separate portal. Our test found agents polite, prompt and accurate on technical questions about coins and limits, answering in fluent English within two to four minutes on chat and five to six hours by email.
| Channel | Availability | Hours (KSA, UTC+3) | Arabic and English support |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Yes | 24/7 | English yes, Arabic no |

Is Rocketpot Safe? Licensing and Security
Rocketpot operates under license No. 1668/JAZ issued by Curaçao eGaming, the trading name of master licensee Cyberluck Curaçao N.V., with Danneskjold Ventures B.V. named as the operating company. That is a sublicence under the pre-2023 Curaçao master-licence system, which means oversight sits with a private master licensee rather than a state regulator, and no independent dispute-resolution body is attached. Connections are SSL-encrypted and two-factor authentication is offered. The privacy policy claims compliance with the GDPR and grants EU and EEA residents access, rectification, erasure and objection rights. What is missing is third-party assurance: Rocketpot states that its providers are tested under its licence, but names no testing laboratory, publishes no RNG certificate and reports no audit schedule. Its own Originals are provably fair and independently verifiable per round, which is a genuine strength — but that covers only a small slice of the lobby. Responsible gambling tools are similarly thin: self-exclusion works, deposit limits do not exist.

| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Licensing authority | Curaçao eGaming (Cyberluck Curaçao N.V.) — verification page |
| License number | 1668/JAZ |
| License issue date | Not published by the operator |
| SSL/TLS | SSL/TLS encryption in use; version and certificate authority not published |
| RNG certification | None published — no eCOGRA, iTech Labs or GLI certificate or ID disclosed; Rocketpot Originals use a provably fair algorithm verifiable per round |
| Game fairness audits | None published |
| Responsible gambling | Deposit limits: no — the terms state limits on crypto deposits are not technically possible. Loss limits: no. Session limits: no. Self-exclusion: yes — email request, 24-hour cool-off then 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanent. Reality check: no |
| Privacy policy | Yes, published at rocketpot.io/privacy; states compliance with the GDPR and EU/EEA data rights |
| Dispute resolution | No independent ADR provider named. Complaints go to support first; the licence is held with Curaçao eGaming, and the terms place disputes under Curaçao jurisdiction |
Rocketpot for Arab Players
Rocketpot is one of the least accommodating crypto casinos in the region on paper, and it is honest about it. Five of the six GCC states appear by name on its restricted list, alongside Yemen and Iraq, and access from them is blocked automatically at registration. There is no Arabic interface, no Arabic-speaking support and no local payment rail, so even in the countries where the site is reachable the experience is fully English-language and fully crypto. The picture below reflects the casino's own restricted-country policy, not local law: several of the countries marked as grey zone prohibit gambling domestically while the operator itself does not block them, which leaves the legal exposure with the player rather than the site.

| Country | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| UAE | Blocked | Named in the terms; registration and play are refused |
| Saudi Arabia | Blocked | Named in the terms; registration and play are refused |
| Kuwait | Grey zone | Not on the restricted list; gambling is prohibited under local law |
| Qatar | Blocked | Named in the terms; registration and play are refused |
| Oman | Blocked | Named in the terms; registration and play are refused |
| Bahrain | Blocked | Named in the terms; registration and play are refused |
| Egypt | Grey zone | Not on the restricted list; no Arabic interface or local payment methods |
| Lebanon | Grey zone | Not on the restricted list; crypto-only cashier |
| Dubai | Blocked | Covered by the UAE restriction |
| Algeria | Grey zone | Not on the restricted list; crypto-only cashier |
Arabic UI Quality
- Lobby: none — Arabic is not offered in the language switcher
- Cashier: none
- Live chat: English only — messages sent in Arabic were answered in English
- T&C: not translated
- Promotional emails: English only
- RTL correctness: not applicable, as no Arabic version exists
The six available interface languages are English, Turkish, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese and French (Canada).
Halal / Sharia Transparency
Across the four Sunni schools of fiqh — Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hanbali — wagering money on an uncertain outcome is generally classified as maysir or qimar, the categories the Qur'an addresses directly, and the classical position treats casino-style games as falling within them regardless of format. Scholars in each school have historically distinguished contests of pure chance from activities where skill predominates and no stake changes hands, but a wager placed on slots, roulette, baccarat, blackjack or a crash multiplier sits inside the prohibited category on the mainstream reading of all four. Rocketpot offers no Sharia-aware filtering, no halal game category and no tools to restrict the lobby on religious grounds; readers who need that distinction should apply it themselves.
VPN Policy
Rocketpot's terms are unusually explicit on this point: by registering you confirm you are not using third-party software to bypass jurisdictional restrictions, and a separate clause states that if you breach the restricted-country policy the casino cannot guarantee successful withdrawal of your deposit or any winnings. In other words, a VPN is not a grey area here — it is a stated breach that puts your balance at risk, and the risk crystallises at exactly the moment it hurts most, when KYC documents showing a restricted country of residence meet a pending withdrawal. Players in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Yemen should read that as a closed door rather than an obstacle to route around.
Player Reviews
Our rating combines our own hands-on testing with reviews submitted by players who have used the casino themselves. Submissions are moderated only for spam, abuse and content that identifies third parties; we do not filter by sentiment, and negative reviews are published alongside positive ones. We do not remove a review because an operator asks us to, and commercial relationships play no part in whether a review appears. Where a complaint describes a specific, checkable event — a delayed payout, a closed account — we note it without treating a single account as proof of a pattern.
Conclusion
Rocketpot suits a narrow group well. If you already hold crypto, play slots or crash games in mid-sized sessions, and care more about a steady cashback rate than a headline bonus, it delivers: the lobby is large, the in-house games are verifiable, and support answers quickly and correctly. It is a poor fit for anyone who needs fiat rails, Arabic-language service, or a bonus they can realistically clear — 100x wagering with zero contribution from table and live games rules out most players who prefer those categories. For Arab players specifically, the restricted-country list is the decisive factor: across most of the Gulf the question of whether the casino is any good never arises, because the account cannot be opened.
Our Casino Rating Methodology
We score every casino on six weighted criteria, and we test each of them with our own money rather than relying on operator marketing. Safety carries the most weight: we verify the licence number on the regulator's own validation page, check encryption and two-factor options, and look for published RNG certificates and audit schedules. Bonuses are judged on realistic clearability — wagering multiple, game contribution, max bet and expiry — not on headline size. Games covers library depth, the number and quality of providers, and whether categories such as live, jackpot and crash are genuinely populated. Mobile is tested on a real handset across browser and app, including cashier and support access on a slow connection. Support is measured by opening real tickets on chat and email and timing the replies, then judging whether the answers were correct. Arabic-friendliness assesses interface and chat language, RTL implementation, MENA payment rails and regional availability. Each criterion is scored out of five and the overall figure is weighted toward safety and payouts, because a casino that will not pay reliably cannot be rescued by a good lobby. Full details are in our Methodology.
Affiliate Disclosure
Arabian Gambler is an independent review project. We assess every casino we cover, including Rocketpot, against the same published criteria, and we fund our testing by depositing and withdrawing real money at the sites we write about. We may earn a commission when a reader registers at an operator through a link on our site. That commission never changes a score, a verdict or the wording of a review, and no operator sees a review before publication or has the ability to amend one afterwards. Any commercial relationship is preceded by an independent assessment, and we continue to publish the failings we find at operators we work with — including, in this review, unpublished RNG certification, a 100x wagering requirement and a payout that took longer than the casino's own documentation suggests.
Responsible Gambling
Rocketpot sets its minimum age at 18, and its terms also require you to meet the legal gambling age in your own jurisdiction, which is higher in some countries. Registering means confirming both. The casino's own protective tools are limited: it states that deposit limits cannot be applied to crypto transfers, and it offers no loss limits, session limits or reality checks. Self-exclusion does work and is requested by email to support, starting with a 24-hour cooling-off period, after which an agent offers one week, one month, six months or a permanent exclusion. A permanent closure cannot be reversed.
Gambling should be entertainment funded by money you can afford to lose, never a way to make income or recover losses. Warning signs include chasing losses, borrowing to play, hiding the extent of your play from people close to you, and continuing after it has started to affect work, sleep or relationships. Crypto adds a specific risk here: balances are held in volatile assets, and the absence of deposit limits means nothing external will slow down a session for you.
If gambling has stopped feeling like a choice, free and confidential help is available. BeGambleAware offers online support and a helpline, and Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy all provide counselling and peer support internationally, including online sessions in the MENA region where local services are limited. In much of the Arab world there is no dedicated gambling helpline, so a general mental-health service or your own physician is usually the right first contact, and organisations such as the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health's Embrace line and the UAE's Ministry of Health mental health support line cover addiction-related distress. Our Responsible Gambling page lists the resources we recommend and explains how to set your own limits before you deposit.
