At-a-glance

Stake is a crypto-first casino and sportsbook operated by Medium Rare N.V. under a Curaçao Gaming Authority license, with the CGA certificate currently showing Active status. It has been online since 2017 and positions itself around a large casino lobby, sports betting, Stake Originals, cryptocurrency payments, and a VIP system based on wagering volume. Besides Stake, we review many other online casinos. You can find a full list of all casinos available on our website here – all online casinos.

The casino catalogue is broad rather than narrowly curated: Stake says it offers thousands of casino games, 260+ slot publishers, more than 150 live casino titles, and in-house provably fair games such as Mines, Dice, Limbo, and Plinko, with outcomes verified through cryptographic hashing.

The payment setup is strongest for crypto users, with BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOGE, SOL, TRX and other coins listed, while local-currency methods and limits depend on what appears in the cashier. The main weaknesses are transparency gaps around exact total game count, slot-specific RTPs, method-level withdrawal times, Arabic live support, and MENA-specific payment coverage.

Stake also has strict country restrictions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and others, so availability depends heavily on the player’s location.

Rating bars

  • Safety: 4.0/5 — CGA online gaming license active; 2FA is recommended, Stake Originals use cryptographic hashing, but SSL/encryption strength is Not disclosed.
  • Bonuses: 3.0/5 — Welcome bonus size is Not disclosed; ongoing promos include races, raffles and prize pools, while withdrawals require 100% deposit wagering.
  • Games: 4.8/5 — Thousands of casino games, 260+ slot publishers, and 150+ live casino titles; named providers include Hacksaw, Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City and Evolution.
  • Mobile: 4.1/5 — No native iOS or Android app; Stake runs through mobile browser and PWA, using HTML5 technology.
  • Support: 3.2/5 — Live Support is listed, but Arabic 24/7 availability and average response time are Not disclosed.

Arabic-friendliness: 3.5/5 — Arabic appears in Stake’s language options and Help Center, but MENA payment coverage and Arabic live-chat handling are Not disclosed.

Best for

Stake is best for crypto-focused players who want a large casino lobby, sports betting, provably fair in-house games, and access to many software providers under one account. It suits players comfortable with BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, TRX and similar currencies, provided their country is not restricted.

Not for

Stake may disappoint players looking for a traditional native mobile app, fully disclosed slot RTP tables, clearly listed method-by-method withdrawal times, or confirmed Arabic-language live support. It is also unsuitable for users in prohibited jurisdictions, including the US, UK, Australia, Brazil, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

$100,000 bonus on the Zeus vs Hades

4.7/5

Hey folks! I'm Enver, a guy from Russia who loves a good game. My buddy Sasha told me about Steak Casino, so I signed up and started slow to play it safe. I never deposited more than $1,000 and cashed out right away whenever I won something. But then, one day, I thought, why not go for it? I bet $100 per spin and bam—landed a massive $100,000 bonus on the Zeus vs. Hades slot! Can you even picture hitting that max win? It's 100% real, guys, and now I feel like I've cracked the code on beating the casino. I withdrew my winnings no problem at all, and these days I'm back at it with smaller bets, hoping to strike gold again!

Steak is Great

Honestly, for me, Steak Casino is the best right now. Not just here in the Emirates, but everywhere. Let me tell you what happened. My friend told me about it—he’s been playing there for years. At first, I only played small, like 300 to 500 dollars a month. Nothing crazy. Then one day I deposited $3,000 and played Zeus vs. Hades from Pragmatic. I hit the bonus… and won $95,500! I requested to withdraw. It didn’t come right away, but it came—in three days, maximum. No problems. I’m really happy with them. Totally recommend.

  • Real payouts

  • Good Slots

  • Nice bonuses and cashback

  • Waited for payment of $95,500 for 3 days

  • It would be great if support replies were quicker

Not the best choice

A wide range of languages, including Arabic, is available. The ability to make deposits in cryptocurrency is appealing... and that's about it... There are no substantial bonuses, just various promotions/draws - generally, it's a gimmick. Also, the support responds slowly and reluctantly.

The page takes a while to load, and then there are these bot checks... But apart from that, everything else is superb. What keeps me here is the ability to make payments and receive winnings in crypto. And, by the way, withdrawals are also smooth and quick.

Excellent solvent casino

The finest casino I've discovered in recent years. I've been engaging with their website for four months now, occasionally placing bets. What stands out to me the most is the rapidity with which deposits and withdrawals are processed; furthermore, I have never observed any manipulation of odds or conditions pertaining to bonuses.

$4,000

I triumphed with a $10,000 win here, following an initial deposit of $500. Opting not to immediately seek a payout, I chose instead to delve deeper into the games. Alas, I saw $6k diminish from my winnings and ultimately made a withdrawal of $4,000. It's regrettable, to be sure, but I extend my thanks for the experience nonetheless.

How We Tested Stake

For this review, we tested Stake ourselves: we registered an account, made a deposit, played several games, contacted customer support, and then withdrew our funds. That is why this section is based only on information we were able to verify first-hand.

Registration at Stake starts with the “Register” button and a short sign-up form. At this stage, users only need to provide an email address, username, password, and confirm agreement with the terms. The Terms also state that additional personal details, such as full name, date of birth, and address, may be required to create an account. Email and SMS confirmations arrived instantly, making the sign-up process one of the fastest we have tested.

Next, we deposited $500 via USDT TRC-20. Here is the transaction hash:

https://tronscan.org/#/transaction/77ae7499202a6b71af2a3fe3036652da9925cc5cba8aa002eb75d29dfe81ee17

The deposit was made on May 20, 2026. The network fee for this transfer was $3.26.

As for gameplay, we tried Dragonspire by Paperclip Gaming, Waylanders Forge by Valkyrie, Bank Basher by Twist Gaming, as well as popular slots such as Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus 1000, and Sugar Rush 1000. We managed to win a small amount on the slots.

Among table and live casino games, we tested Blackjack by Evolution, Roulette Lobby by Evolution, Baccarat Lobby by Pragmatic Play, Crazy Time by Evolution, and Lightning Roulette by Evolution. However, the live games — especially Crazy Time — quickly took back what we had won on the slots.

In the end, our balance returned to roughly where it started. We also contacted customer support through both live chat and email. The live chat response was fairly quick, taking around two minutes, while the email reply took longer. We asked about withdrawing our winnings and contacted the team at support@stake.com.

We then attempted to withdraw our funds using the same method as our deposit: USDT TRC-20. The withdrawal took under five minutes, which shows that Stake processes cryptocurrency payments very quickly.

Stake’s Terms state that withdrawals should generally be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, unless Stake decides otherwise or is unable to do so. This is part of its anti-money laundering and security procedures, especially for a first withdrawal, rather than simply an arbitrary casino preference.

Stake Promotions and Rewards

Stake’s promotion system is built around recurring competitions, VIP rewards, rakeback, reloads and personalized account-based bonuses rather than a single public deposit package.

The official promotions area lists casino and sportsbook campaigns such as Daily Races, Weekly Raffle, Stake Wheel Wars and short-term challenges, while the Help Center explains several VIP-linked rewards.

Some rewards depend on account status, VIP level, recent wagering, profit/loss values and affiliate-code eligibility, so not every bonus has fixed public terms. Where Stake does not publish a number or condition, it is marked as Not disclosed.

Welcome Bonus: Not disclosed

Stake does not publicly disclose a fixed welcome bonus amount such as a matched deposit, bonus cash amount or free spins package on the official pages checked. The Help Center describes the welcome offer as an affiliate-code-based reward rather than a standard public deposit bonus.

The disclosed mechanic is rakeback: eligible users can receive 3.5% of the house edge back as cash on casino play, with separate calculations for poker and sportsbook activity. Because the welcome offer depends on a valid affiliate code and may vary by account or campaign, Stake does not publish a universal minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, wagering requirement, max bet, game contribution table or maximum winnings cap for this welcome offer.

Reload Bonus

Stake’s reload bonus is a VIP-linked reward rather than a universal public deposit bonus. The official Help Center says reloads are customized bonuses available through the VIP account area and are typically claimable daily, although some reloads may be sent through exclusive email promotions.

Reload duration depends on the player’s Platinum level: Platinum I has a 14-day reload, Platinum II has a 28-day reload, and Platinum III has a 42-day reload, each with daily claim frequency. Stake’s VIP guide also says reloads are calculated using recent wagering over a 7–42 day period, with profit/loss values affecting the result. Exact reload amounts, minimum deposit rules and wagering requirements are not publicly disclosed.

Cashback / Rakeback

Stake publishes rakeback as its cashback-style reward. The official Help Center states that rakeback is available on all casino games and returns 3.5% of the house edge back as cash. It applies to slots, table games and live dealer games. For poker, Stake calculates rakeback as 3.5% of the rake. For sportsbook activity, Stake calculates it as 3.5% back on theoretical value, using a default 3% house edge.

Voided and cashed-out sports bets are not eligible. Stake’s VIP guide states that rakeback becomes available from the Bronze VIP level, while the welcome offer route may also unlock rakeback through a valid affiliate code. Exact per-tier rakeback increases, if any, are not publicly disclosed.

Parameter Details
Reward type Rakeback
Casino rate 3.5% of house edge
Poker rate 3.5% of rake
Sportsbook calculation 3.5% of theoretical value
Ineligible bets Voided and cashed-out sports bets
Standard VIP access Bronze level
Per-tier rate changes Not disclosed

VIP / Loyalty Program

Stake’s VIP program is based on points/wagering progress. The first published tier is Bronze at 10,000 points, followed by Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Obsidian. The official VIP pages list benefits such as weekly and monthly boosts, rakeback, recent play bonuses, level-up bonuses, reloads, dedicated VIP host access and bespoke benefits.

A dedicated VIP host may be assigned from Platinum IV, according to Stake’s VIP guide. Stake also notes that sportsbook wagers count more efficiently toward VIP progress: $1 in sports wagering is treated as $3 in regular wagering calculations. Exact level-up bonus amounts, higher-limit rules, custom VIP benefits and exclusive bonus values are not publicly disclosed.

Tier Requirement Published perks
Bronze 10,000 points Rakeback, weekly/monthly bonuses, level-up rewards
Silver 50,000 points VIP bonuses and progression rewards
Gold 100,000 points Weekly/monthly bonuses and VIP reward growth

Obsidian 1,000,000,000 points Not disclosed

Tournaments

Stake runs recurring tournament-style promotions and prize-pool competitions across casino, sportsbook and selected provider campaigns. The Daily Races promotion offers $100,000 every 24 hours, with players climbing the leaderboard through betting activity; Stake says the top 5,000 racers receive prizes after the timer ends.

The Weekly Raffle offers a $75,000 prize pool split between 15 players, with 1 ticket per $1,000 wagered on Casino and Sportsbook. Stake Wheel Wars is a Pragmatic Play promotion with $150,000 in monthly prizes, weekly prize drops and a Saturday tournament structure. These campaigns have their own terms, end dates and eligibility conditions, so players should check the relevant promotion page for each active campaign.

Promotion Published prize / structure Entry condition
Daily Races $100,000 every 24 hours Bets on Casino and Sportsbook count toward leaderboard
Weekly Raffle $75,000 split between 15 players 1 ticket per $1,000 wagered

Game Selection

Stake’s casino library covers slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, Stake Originals, burst games, scratch cards, video poker, poker and game-show formats. The strongest parts of the catalogue are the large slot lobby, the live casino section, and Stake’s own provably fair instant games such as Crash, Mines and Plinko.

Stake states that it offers “thousands” of casino games and works with 260+ software publishers, but it does not publish a single exact total game count or a category-by-category percentage split on the public pages checked. Live casino depth is clearer: Stake states that its live section includes more than 150 titles from providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Animo Studios.

Total Games & Breakdown

Total games: Not disclosed. Stake describes the library as “thousands of casino games,” but does not publish an exact public total.

Slots

Stake’s slot section is broad, with major studios such as Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Red Tiger and Big Time Gaming represented on public provider or game-category pages. Pragmatic Play titles are especially visible in Stake’s featured and provider sections, while Hacksaw Gaming has a large dedicated provider page showing 236 games in that group at the time checked. Stake also labels some titles as “Enhanced RTP” and “Only on Stake,” but the casino does not publish a complete slot-count total across the whole site.

Highlighted titles confirmed on Stake public pages:

  • Sweet Bonanza — Pragmatic Play
  • Gates of Olympus — Pragmatic Play
  • Sugar Rush — Pragmatic Play
  • Big Bass Bonanza — Pragmatic Play

Live Dealer

Stake’s live casino includes live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, poker and game-show formats. The official casino page names Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Animo Studios as live publishers and states that the section includes 150+ titles.

Confirmed live or live-style examples include Infinite Blackjack, Speed Blackjack, Lightning Blackjack, Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Funky Time, Deal or No Deal, Roulette Lobby, Baccarat Lobby, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo and Live Monopoly.

Table Games

Stake separates table games into RNG titles, live tables and first-person versions. Confirmed RNG or non-live table-style titles include Stake Blackjack, Stake Roulette, Stake Baccarat, Hilo and Video Poker from Stake Originals, plus Stake Blackjack and Stake Roulette by OneTouch.

The public table-games page also lists Casino Hold’em, Caribbean Stud Poker, Extreme Texas Hold’em, Triple Card Poker, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Teen Patti and Fan Tan across live/first-person/table categories.

Jackpot

Examples of jackpot-related games confirmed on Stake include Jackpot Blaze by Pragmatic Play, Jackpot Terminal by BGaming, Power of Gods: Medusa by VoltEnt, Fire 88 by Pragmatic Play, Gold Mega Stepper by Massive, 3x Super Pepper by Belatra and Emperor Caishen by Pragmatic Play.

Stake also has pages mentioning progressive jackpot mechanics, including Belatra’s progressive jackpot network and a Stake progressive jackpot reference.

Crash & Instant Games

Stake’s instant-game area is one of its clearest differentiators because it includes both Stake Originals and third-party burst games. Confirmed Stake Originals include Crash, Mines, Plinko, Limbo, Hilo, Slide and Dice. The casino page also describes burst games such as Keno, crash games, chicken titles, Mines and more, with examples including Pragmatic Plinko+, Aviamasters, MineDrop, Pachinko Planet and Drop the Boss.

Other

Stake also lists scratch cards, poker, video poker, dice games and specialty games outside the core slot/live/table categories. The casino page specifically mentions scratch cards, poker, table games, video poker and “much more,” while the recommended-games page references video poker, classic table games, dice games and live poker. Stake Poker by Stake Originals and Poker Live by Evolution are named examples, with additional “Only on Stake” poker-style titles such as Stake Rummy, Double Poker by Virtual Gold Studios and Gates of Bellatro: Hold’em by Gumble.

Top Providers

Stake publicly lists 260+ software publishers, but the official pages do not publish a ranked top-10 provider list. The grid below uses confirmed providers from Stake’s public provider, group and game pages, not an inferred ranking.

Provider What it is notable for on Stake

Demo Play

Stake supports demo play for most casino games. The official casino page says players can load demo versions by switching the on-screen toggle from Real Play to Fun Play. Stake also states that demo mode does not spend real currency and cannot produce real-currency winnings.

A separate Stake free-play slots guide says no sign-up and no download are required for demo slot play, and a slot page gives the same Real Play/Fun Play toggle instruction. Registration is therefore not required for many demo slots, and a deposit is not required for demo mode.

Payment methods

Stake supports two main funding routes: direct cryptocurrency transfers and selected local-currency payment options, depending on the player’s country and wallet settings. Crypto is the most transparent part of the cashier: Stake publishes supported coins, networks, deposit limits, minimum withdrawal amounts and withdrawal fees.

Local-currency payments are more country-specific; Stake says the available method is shown inside the wallet after the player selects the currency. The casino also supports crypto purchase routes through third-party services such as MoonPay, Swap Connect and Mesh, but these should be treated as crypto-buying options rather than direct casino payment methods. Crypto withdrawals are described as immediate, while bank transfers can take up to 3 business days.

Deposit methods

Deposits at Stake can be made by sending supported cryptocurrency to the wallet address shown in the cashier or by using selected local-currency options where available. For crypto, Stake states that deposits under $0.01 cannot be processed automatically and that there is no maximum crypto deposit limit. For local currencies, the exact method, limits and availability depend on the currency and country.

Stake’s local-currency guide lists currencies such as CAD, INR, TRY, VND, ARS, CLP, EGP and others, but also notes that balances in local currencies may be indicative and that transactions are completed in cryptocurrencies at Stake. Visa and Mastercard deposits are available only for selected local currencies. EGP is one of the clearer published examples: Stake lists Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash and Orange Money deposits with a 100–20,000 EGP range and processing within 3 minutes.

Withdrawal methods

Stake withdrawals are handled from Account > Wallet > Withdraw, where the player chooses from the available withdrawal options, enters a destination address or payment details, and submits the amount. For crypto withdrawals, Stake publishes minimum withdrawal amounts and fees, while stating that maximum withdrawals are not restricted beyond the available balance. For local currency withdrawals, availability and limits depend on the selected currency and payment method.

Bank transfers can take up to 3 business days, while crypto withdrawals should be processed immediately; Stake advises contacting support if a withdrawal has not been approved within 3 business days. EGP withdrawals are also specifically documented: the withdrawal must go to a mobile number previously used for deposit, with limits of 100–20,000 EGP and normal processing within 3 minutes, though rare delays may occur.

Local payment methods

Stake does not publish support for the named KSA and regional gateway methods requested below. However, it does publish an Egyptian Pound payment route through mobile wallets: Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash and Orange Money.

This means Stake has at least one local MENA payment setup, but the specific methods Mada, STC Pay, Fawry, PayTabs, HyperPay and Checkout are not listed as supported Stake payment methods on the official pages checked. Players in the region may also see local-currency display options such as AED and SAR, but display currency is not the same as a confirmed local deposit method.

Method Status
Mada (KSA) ❌ Not disclosed as supported
STC Pay (KSA) ❌ Not disclosed as supported
Fawry (Egypt) ❌ Not disclosed as supported
PayTabs / HyperPay / Checkout.com ❌ Not disclosed as supported
Vodafone Cash (Egypt) ✅ Supported for EGP deposits
Etisalat Cash (Egypt) ✅ Supported for EGP deposits
Orange Money (Egypt) ✅ Supported for EGP deposits

Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency is Stake’s most detailed payment category. Supported coins include BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, TRX, SOL, DOGE and others, with each coin requiring its correct blockchain network. Stake states that crypto deposits below $0.01 are not automatically processed and that no maximum crypto deposit limit is in place.

For withdrawals, each coin has a minimum amount and fee, while maximum withdrawals are unrestricted up to the account balance. Supported networks include native Bitcoin for BTC, ERC20 and BEP20 for ETH, native Litecoin for LTC, and multiple USDT networks including ERC20, BEP20, Polygon, TRC20 and Solana. Stake also warns players to use only supported coins and corresponding networks to avoid deposit issues.

Coin Network Min deposit Max deposit Min withdrawal Max withdrawal Time
USDT ERC20, BEP20, Polygon, TRC20, Solana $0.01 automatic-processing threshold No maximum limit 2.50000000 USDT Available account balance Should be processed immediately
BTC Bitcoin native network $0.01 automatic-processing threshold No maximum limit 0.00002504 BTC Available account balance Should be processed immediately
ETH ERC20, BEP20 $0.01 automatic-processing threshold No maximum limit 0.00100000 ETH Available account balance Should be processed immediately
LTC Litecoin native network $0.01 automatic-processing threshold No maximum limit 0.01857329 LTC Available account balance Should be processed immediately

Other Methods

Stake does not clearly list Skrill, Neteller or PayPal as direct casino deposit/withdrawal methods on the official pages checked. PayPal appears only as a possible way to buy Bitcoin through a third-party crypto purchase route, not as a confirmed direct Stake wallet payment method.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are listed as MoonPay-supported crypto purchase methods, again as an indirect crypto-buying route rather than a direct casino cashier method. Bank transfers are mentioned for local-currency withdrawals and third-party crypto purchase routes; Stake states that bank transfers can take up to 3 business days.

Method Status
Skrill ❌ Not disclosed
Neteller ❌ Not disclosed
Apple Pay ✅ Via MoonPay crypto purchase route; direct Stake deposit: Not disclosed
Google Pay ✅ Via MoonPay crypto purchase route; direct Stake deposit: Not disclosed
PayPal ✅ For buying Bitcoin via third-party route; direct Stake deposit: Not disclosed
Bank transfer / wire transfer ✅ Available in some local-currency or third-party routes; exact availability depends on method and country

Payment Limits & KYC

Stake uses KYC and payment checks around registration data, deposits and withdrawals. The Terms allow Stake to request KYC documents at any time, restrict payments or withdrawals until identity is verified, and require withdrawals to go to an account or wallet legally held by the player. Crypto maximum withdrawals are not capped beyond available balance.

KYC Requirements

Stake may request KYC at any time, including during account checks, deposit processing, withdrawal processing, enhanced due diligence, suspected fraud, AML review, or when it cannot verify identity, profession or source of funds.

Proof of identity documents accepted by Stake include passport, national ID and driving licence. Proof of address documents include utility bills, bank/credit card statements, tax letters, employer/education letters, tenancy agreements and bank reference letters; Stake states these must be issued within the last six months, not three.

Documents Stake may request:

  1. ID / Passport / National ID / Driving licence
  2. Proof of address, such as utility bill or bank statement
  3. Payment method ownership proof, where needed
  4. Selfie + ID, if requested
  5. Proof of source of income, if enhanced checks apply

Supported Currencies

Stake separates local-currency display/deposit options from crypto transactions. Its local-currency guide lists EGP among currencies with deposit/withdraw guides and says balances can be viewed in currencies including USD, EUR, AED and SAR. It also says displayed local-currency balances are indicative and that transactions are completed in cryptocurrencies at Stake.com. KWD, QAR, OMR and BHD are Not disclosed on the checked currency list.

Mobile Experience

Stake’s mobile experience is browser-first rather than app-first. The official casino page states that Stake has no native iOS or Android application and that casino games are accessed through the mobile browser. The site is built with HTML5 and is intended to work on modern smartphone browsers, including iOS Safari and Android Chrome.

Core functions such as casino browsing, sports betting, login, wallet access, deposits, withdrawals and support are available from the mobile site, so the mobile version is not a limited companion product. Stake also presents the mobile experience as part of the same account system as desktop, meaning players use the same balance, VIP progress, promotions and responsible-gambling controls across devices.

The main limitation is that app-store features such as native push notifications, biometric login and platform-level app controls are not disclosed as supported native-app features. For players who prefer a downloadable App Store or Google Play product, Stake’s mobile setup may feel less conventional.

Mobile Site (Browser)

The mobile browser version uses Stake’s familiar dark interface, compact navigation and game-card layout. The casino lobby, sportsbook, wallet and support areas are reachable from the mobile web interface, and Stake states that users can log in, make payments and place bets from a smartphone or tablet.

The experience is designed around HTML5, so slots, table games and live casino content run directly in the browser without a native download. Stake describes the mobile navigation as user-friendly, but exact independent load-speed metrics are Not disclosed. Support access is available through Stake’s support area, while cashier access depends on the logged-in wallet and country-specific payment options.

Native App

Stake does not currently offer a native mobile app. The website is fully optimized for mobile browsers — iOS Safari / Android Chrome.

Mobile UX Notes

Stake’s mobile UX is built around touch-first browsing: large game tiles, compact menus and browser-based cashier access. Tap-target sizing, slow 3G/4G optimization and reconnection behavior are not technically disclosed by Stake, so these should not be claimed as tested performance facts.

In practical terms, the browser format means gameplay quality will depend on the player’s device, browser, connection stability and the third-party game provider being loaded. If a connection drops during a live dealer round or slot spin, settlement behavior follows the game provider and Stake account history rather than a native-app recovery flow.

Stake Customer Support

Stake’s official support setup is centered on 24/7 live chat and the Help Center. The Terms state that Stake can be contacted by support@stake.com or by live chat, with live chat available when logged into a Stake account. Stake’s support guide also says live chat is the main way to contact customer service and that agents are available 24/7.

Phone, WhatsApp and Telegram are not listed as official support channels on the official pages checked. The officially disclosed support languages are English, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish; Arabic is available in the Help Center interface, but Arabic agent support is not disclosed.

Languages supported: English, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. Stake’s Help Center UI also appears in Arabic, English, Finnish, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese, but this is not the same as confirmed agent support in those languages.

Is Stake Safe? Licensing & Security

Stake operates under license #OGL/2024/1451/0918, issued to Medium Rare N.V. by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. This is verified on the regulator’s certificate page, which states that stake.com is operated by Medium Rare N.V., company number 145353, and that the license status is Active.

Stake also publishes the same license number in its own license and Terms pages, but the regulator page should be treated as the primary verification source. For security, Stake confirms SSL technology in its Privacy Policy and publishes responsible gambling tools, including deposit, loss, wager limits and self-exclusion.

Stake for Arabic Players

Stake includes Arabic in its public language selector and has an Arabic Help Center interface, but its legal Terms say the English version is the only legal basis if translations differ.

For MENA users, the key point is jurisdiction: Stake’s prohibited-country list does not name the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Algeria, Morocco or Tunisia, but Stake also says players are responsible for ensuring that use is lawful in their own jurisdiction.

The table below therefore uses Gray Zone where Stake does not block the country in its own Terms, but local law, ISP access, payment access or enforcement may differ.

Country Status Notes
UAE (الإمارات) Gray Zone Not listed in Stake’s prohibited jurisdictions; AED balance display is listed, but UAE-specific deposits/withdrawals are not disclosed.
Saudi Arabia (السعودية) Gray Zone Not listed in Stake’s prohibited jurisdictions; SAR balance display is listed, but Mada/STC Pay support is not disclosed.
Kuwait (الكويت) Gray Zone Not listed in Stake’s prohibited jurisdictions; KWD support is not disclosed.

Oman (عُمان) Gray Zone Not listed in Stake’s prohibited jurisdictions; OMR support is not disclosed.
Bahrain (البحرين) Gray Zone Not listed in Stake’s prohibited jurisdictions; BHD support is not disclosed.
Egypt (مصر) Gray Zone EGP deposits/withdrawals are published via Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash and Orange Money; local legality/access still requires user-side checking.

Dubai (دبي) Gray Zone Not listed in Stake’s prohibited jurisdictions; local payment support is not disclosed.

Arabic UI Quality

Stake’s public language selector includes Arabic, alongside English, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, Russian, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Korean, Polish, Turkish, Vietnamese and Finnish. The Terms also state that translations may be available for informational convenience, but English controls legally.

  • Lobby homepage: partial publicly verified
  • Cashier: partial / not fully tested
  • Live chat: Arabic agent support not disclosed
  • T&C documents: partial; English version controls legally
  • Promotional emails: Not disclosed
  • RTL formatting correctness: ❌ Not independently verified

Halal / Sharia Transparency

Stake does not publish Sharia-aware game filtering or halal-mode controls. In Islamic legal discussions, games involving a stake, chance-based gain, betting outcomes, casino games, lotteries and similar wager-for-prize structures are commonly discussed under maysir and qimar. Across the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i and Hanbali traditions, the core concern is wagering property on uncertain outcomes; some discussions also distinguish between betting-based games and games without stakes. This is an informational note, not a religious ruling.

VPN Policy

Stake does not present VPN use as an accepted workaround for restricted access. Its Terms say players must access Stake only from jurisdictions where it is legal to do so, and they must not use the service where online betting or casino play is prohibited. The Terms also state that attempting to manipulate real location through VPNs, proxies or similar tools to bypass geo-blocking or jurisdiction restrictions is a breach. In practice, VPN-based access can create account, withdrawal, KYC and balance-retention risk.

Player Reviews

Player ratings are formed from submitted reviews by real users and checked through moderation before publication. We screen for spam, duplicate submissions, personal data, hate speech and unsupported claims, but we do not remove feedback simply because it is negative. Positive, mixed and critical reviews can all be published if they describe a genuine player experience and follow our review rules. The final player score is separated from our editorial rating.

Final Verdict

Stake is best suited to crypto-first players who want one account for casino games, sports betting, Stake Originals, VIP progression and fast blockchain-based payments. It is also a good fit for players who value provably fair instant games, large provider coverage and a mobile-browser experience rather than a native app.

It is less suitable for players who need fully disclosed local payment limits, a confirmed Arabic-speaking support team, a traditional welcome bonus, or access from restricted jurisdictions. The strongest parts of Stake are its game range, crypto infrastructure and VIP ecosystem; the weaker points are transparency gaps around some payment details, bonus terms, local MENA support and independent testing data.

How We Review Casinos

We review casinos using six weighted criteria. Safety and licensing carries the highest weight: we verify license numbers with the regulator, check ownership, KYC rules, responsible gambling tools and dispute routes. Payments are tested or checked for real methods, limits, fees, processing times and crypto-network clarity. Games are reviewed by category depth, provider quality, live dealer coverage, RNG titles, RTP transparency and demo availability. Bonuses are scored only when terms are published: wagering, max bet, expiry, game contribution, excluded games and country rules. Mobile and UX covers browser performance, navigation, cashier access, app availability and account tools. Support and localization checks live chat, email, response quality, language coverage, Arabic UI and country-specific accessibility.

Our full process is explained on the casino review methodology page.

Affiliate disclosure

Arabian Gambler may review any casino brand, including Stake, independently and before any commercial relationship exists. Our editorial process starts with research, fact-checking and an assessment of public terms, payments, games, licensing and player protection. Only after an independent review is created may we enter or consider an affiliate partnership with a casino or affiliate platform.

We may receive compensation when new users register through links on our website. This does not change the requirement to disclose missing information as “Not disclosed,” include negative findings, or update facts when official terms change. Affiliate compensation does not buy a positive review, rating, or removal of criticism.

Responsible Gaming

Stake is an adult-only gambling site. Its Terms state that applicants must be 18+ or the legal age of majority required by the laws applicable to them, whichever age is higher. Stake also says it may request proof of age and suspend an account until satisfactory documentation is provided. In markets where the legal gambling age is 21+, that higher age gate should be treated as controlling for the player.

Stake provides several responsible gambling tools through Stake Smart, including deposit limits, wager/loss-limit guidance and self-exclusion. Stake states that daily crypto deposit limits are supported, decreasing a limit is immediate, and increasing or removing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion can block account access, and an indefinite exclusion has a minimum period of six months before any return-to-play review.

Players who feel they are losing control should stop gambling and contact professional support. GambleAware provides free gambling-harm advice, tools and support, though its direct support services are stated as being available only to Great Britain residents. GamCare operates the UK National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, available 24/7.

For MENA users, gambling-specific helplines may be limited, so local mental-health or addiction services may be the most practical first contact. Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health lists 937 as a 24/7 call center for medical consultation and support; Qatar’s national mental health helpline is 16000 and is described as free and confidential; Egypt has the General Secretariat of Mental Health and Addiction Treatment as the governmental mental-health and addiction-treatment body; and the UAE government lists mental-health support information through official health channels.

FAQ

Is Stake Casino trustworthy and safe for Arab players?

Stake is operated by Medium Rare N.V. under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1451/0918, not a UAE, Saudi or Egyptian local licence. For Arab players, safety depends on local legality: Stake requires users to access only from jurisdictions where gambling is legal and may KYC or restrict payments.

Does Stake Casino actually pay out winnings?

Stake’s terms state that player funds and winnings are held in separate customer bank accounts/crypto wallets, and withdrawals require identity, account-ownership, requested-information and 100% deposit-wagering checks. Not disclosed by the casino: audited payout approval rate, rejection rate, or average completed payout volume.

How long does it take to withdraw winnings from Stake Casino?

Stake lists bank-transfer withdrawals as up to 3 business days and says crypto withdrawals should be processed immediately. Pending withdrawals beyond 3 business days should be escalated to support; KYC, investigations, same-method rules, payment-provider delays and third-party fees can still slow or block payment.

In the UAE, only GCGRA licensees may conduct commercial gaming; Saudi gambling is entirely prohibited; Egypt has no online gambling regulator and prohibits online gambling for residents.

Stake’s local-currency limits page lists SAR max bet 4,000,000, AED max bet 4,000,000, and KWD max bet 300,000 for Stake Originals. Stake says local-currency methods vary by currency and appear inside the wallet.

Is Stake Casino compliant with Islamic Sharia law?

Is there a Stake Casino mobile app for iOS and Android?
