Our Verdict

BetScore is a sportsbook-led hybrid that treats betting as the main event, not an afterthought. Its strengths are a broad multi-sport spread with esports, decimal odds by default, Bet Builder and cashout, plus dedicated sports reloads and crypto-friendly banking. The trade-off is transparency: licensing and operator details are not shown on-site, and live streaming is absent. We may earn a commission from players who register through our links.

At-a-glance

BetScore is a sports-first betting brand that pairs a full-scale sportsbook with a casino, wrapped in a football-themed, gamified interface. For bettors, the sportsbook is the core draw: around 24 sports plus esports, live betting, horse racing and virtual sports, with decimal odds shown by default and tools like Bet Builder, boosted odds and cashout. Football headlines the offering, backed by hundreds of daily events across leagues and tournaments. Banking is broad and crypto-friendly, spanning cards, e-wallets and a wide range of coins, with published deposit and withdrawal limits. Sports-specific promotions—reloads, cashback, an accumulator boost and early payout—give regular punters recurring value beyond the welcome offer. The main caveats are transparency-related: licensing and operator information are not shown on the site, and there is no live streaming for in-play markets. If you want to compare BetScore against the wider market, see our full list of Online Bookmakers.

  • Safety: 3/5 — License and operator not disclosed on-site; data encryption in place.
  • Bonuses: 4/5 — Large welcome package; sports wagering a reasonable x6.
  • Matches: 4/5 — Around 24 sports plus esports; hundreds of daily events.
  • Mobile: 4/5 — Mobile-optimized web with home-screen shortcut; smooth navigation.
  • Support: 4/5 — 24/7 live chat and email; no phone line.
  • Arabic-friendliness: 3/5 — Arabic UI available; MENA-specific payments not confirmed.

Best for: Multi-sport and football bettors who value in-play markets, Bet Builder and cashout, want recurring sports reloads, and prefer flexible fiat or crypto banking in USD, EUR and other supported currencies.

Not for: Players in restricted countries (USA, UK, France, Netherlands and others), anyone who needs live streaming, or bettors who want a clearly displayed license and operator before signing up.

Our Test of BetScore

At Arabian Gambler, we do not review a bookmaker from the outside. We created a real account, deposited real money, placed real football bets, contacted support on two channels, and cashed out a real balance. Here is exactly what happened at BetScore, step by step.

Step 1: Registration

Registration is a short, single-flow process that took us under three minutes. Here is what it involved in practice:

  1. Click "Register" in the top-right corner of the homepage.
  2. Enter your email address and create a password.
  3. Select your country and currency — the currency locks to your account, so choose carefully. We selected USD.
  4. Add your personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, phone number and postal code.
  5. Pick your welcome bonus (sports or casino) or opt out.
  6. Confirm you are 18+ and accept the Terms and Conditions.

An email confirmation reached us within about one to two minutes, and clicking the link activated the account immediately. No documents are requested at sign-up — identity verification is only triggered later, at the withdrawal stage.

Step 2: KYC Verification

BetScore does not force verification upfront, but under its terms it can request documents before releasing a withdrawal. When prompted, players submit:

  • Proof of identity — passport, national ID card or driving licence.
  • Proof of address — utility bill or bank statement, typically dated within the last three months.
  • Payment method ownership — verification of the wallet or account used to deposit.

The terms allow up to 30 days to provide documents and state that checks are usually completed within 10 days once submitted. In our case, no manual document review was triggered before our test withdrawal cleared.

Step 3: Deposit — USDT TRC-20

We funded the account with $550 in USDT (TRC-20). The cashier generated a wallet address and QR code; after sending the transfer, the balance credited in roughly 8 minutes once the network confirmed. For reference, the crypto deposit range runs from $15 to $5,000 per transaction, with no deposit fee applied on BetScore's side.

Step 4: Placing Bets

With funds in place, we headed straight to the sportsbook, where football leads a spread of around 24 sports plus esports. Odds are shown in decimal format by default. We placed four football wagers:

  • Three singles at odds of 1.50, 2.20 and 3.50.
  • One small accumulator at a combined price of 7.30.

Markets, live betting and the Bet Builder all loaded smoothly. One note on transparency: BetScore does not publicly disclose its sportsbook odds and data supplier, so we cannot name the feed provider behind the football markets.

Step 5: Support Test

We tested two channels, since BetScore does not advertise a phone line:

  • Live chat: we sent a question about withdrawal timeframes and received a reply in about 1 minute, in English. The agent was polite and friendly.
  • Email (support@betscore.com): the same query was answered in roughly 2 hours, again courteous and clear.
  • Phone: none available.

Step 6: Withdrawal

We cashed out $600 via USDT. Although the terms state that withdrawals are processed within up to three business days (during weekday hours of 06:00–17:00 GMT), our payout landed in just 46 minutes in this test. Across the full session we finished $50 up — a modest result, but enough to complete the deposit-to-withdrawal cycle for this review.

Step 7: Same-Method Withdrawal Rule

We withdrew using USDT because we deposited with USDT, and this is worth explaining plainly. Most operators, BetScore included, require your first withdrawal to go back through the same method you used to deposit. This is a security and anti-money-laundering measure, not an arbitrary rule: routing funds back to the source confirms ownership of the payment method and reduces fraud. It matters most on your first payout, so fund your account with a method you can also withdraw to.

BetScore Promotions and Rewards

BetScore runs its sports promotions as an ongoing programme rather than a one-off welcome offer. New bettors start with a matched first-deposit bonus, while returning customers can rotate through weekly and weekend reloads, a sports cashback, and market-specific perks such as an accumulator boost, Bet Builder offer and early payout. Crypto depositors have parallel versions of the main offers with their own limits. All promotions share a common framework: qualifying odds thresholds, a defined rollover, capped qualifying stakes, and time limits for completion. Terms vary by country, and several offers exclude Skrill and Neteller deposits. A full breakdown of every current offer is listed in our Bonuses section.

Welcome Bonus: 100% up to €100 (Sport First Deposit Bonus)

The sportsbook welcome offer matches your first deposit 100% up to €100, with local caps in other currencies (for example 100 USD, 150 CAD, 150 AUD, 450 PLN, 2,000 NOK or 2,500 CZK). Regional variations apply: players from Finland, Germany, Norway, Switzerland and Austria can receive up to €200, Italian players up to €150, while players from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Georgia and Azerbaijan are capped at €50. To release the bonus, you must roll over the deposit and bonus six times (five times for Germany, Norway, Finland, Switzerland and Austria) on settled single bets at odds of 2.00 or higher, or on multi-bets at 1.50 or higher per selection. Cashed-out bets, system bets, void bets and any casino, live casino or virtual wagers do not count. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for this offer.

Reload Bonuses

BetScore keeps existing bettors topped up with recurring reloads split across the week and by payment type. The standard Weekly Reload adds 50% up to €500 on a deposit made during the week, while the Weekend Reload raises the ceiling to 50% up to €750 on deposits made between Friday and Sunday. Crypto depositors have matching versions: 50% up to 500 USDT on the weekly reload and 50% up to 1,000 USDT on the weekend reload. There is also a niche Horse Racing Reload that returns 50% of your stake up to €50 as a bonus when a qualifying racing bet at odds of 3.00 or higher loses. Each reload follows the same release logic as the welcome offer: complete a rollover of the deposit at minimum odds of 1.50, with the bonus credited once bets are settled.

Weekly Reload50% up to €500 (deposit Mon–Thu)
Weekend Reload50% up to €750 (deposit Fri–Sun)
Crypto Weekly Reload50% up to 500 USDT
Crypto Weekend Reload50% up to 1,000 USDT

Cashback

The sports Cashback bonus returns 10% of your losses up to €500 and works on a weekly opt-in basis. You must opt in each week to qualify, place your bets on the covered sporting events, and then activate the credited cashback from the "My Bonuses" page, which becomes available every Monday. Because it is loss-based rather than deposit-based, it functions as a safety net for active weekly bettors rather than a stake booster. The full activation window and any rollover attached to the released cashback are not detailed on the promotion page.

VIP / Loyalty Program

BetScore operates a five-level VIP structure. Your level is determined by your activity over the 90 calendar days before a withdrawal request, based on the ratio of deposits, withdrawals and bonuses received; if you stop placing bets for a month, your status automatically drops to the lowest level. The clearest, officially published benefit of climbing the ladder is higher payout limits — both daily and monthly withdrawal ceilings increase at each level, as shown below in EUR. Independent reviews additionally report perks such as improved cashback and a personal VIP manager at higher tiers, though BetScore does not publish those specifics on-site.

Level 1€500 / day · €7,000 / month
Level 2€500 / day · €10,000 / month
Level 3€800 / day · €12,000 / month

Tournaments

Alongside standard bonuses, BetScore leans on gamification to keep engagement high. The platform features a Tournaments section, a Spin Rally, a Wheel of Fortune and a bonus Shop, tied together by an "Energy" system earned through play. Its signature feature is World Cup Legends, a football-manager mini-game where you build and upgrade a squad, progress through leagues, top a leaderboard and compete for rewards advertised up to €10,000. Deposits and gameplay generate the Energy needed to advance. Specific entry fees, prize-pool breakdowns and scheduling for individual tournaments are not published on the pages we reviewed and change regularly.

Match Selection

BetScore is built around its sportsbook, and the betting menu reflects that focus. The lineup spans roughly two dozen sports, from global mainstays like football, tennis, basketball and ice hockey to niche and fast-growing markets such as table tennis, darts, snooker and a deep esports section. Odds default to decimal format, and the platform layers in tools that shape how you bet rather than just what you bet on — boosted odds, prebuilt selections, a Bet Builder and cashout all feature. Live betting, horse racing and virtual sports sit alongside the pre-match book, so there is coverage whether you want a settled weekend accumulator or fast in-play action.

Total Matches

During our review, the sportsbook carried live and upcoming events across around 24 disciplines. Football led by a wide margin with hundreds of events available at once, followed by table tennis and tennis as the next busiest markets. The full spread we observed included football, table tennis, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, baseball, American football, volleyball, cricket, snooker, golf, Formula 1, darts, boxing, rugby league, rugby union, Aussie rules, cycling and martial arts, plus a politics market. Esports is a genuine pillar here rather than an afterthought, covering Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant. Event volumes naturally rise and fall with the sporting calendar, so quieter sports fill out when their seasons are in full swing. You can explore the wider market in our Betting hub.

Football

Football is the heart of BetScore, and it is where the deepest coverage sits. During our checks, the section featured hundreds of matches with headline competitions like the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, the FIFA World Cup and international friendlies all represented. Because football listings follow the fixture calendar, the exact leagues on display shift week to week — when a competition is between rounds, its matches simply reappear once play resumes. In practice, you can expect the top European divisions such as the English Premier League, Spain's LaLiga, Italy's Serie A, Germany's Bundesliga and France's Ligue 1, along with continental cups, major international tournaments and a long tail of smaller national leagues. Markets extend well beyond match result, and the Bet Builder lets you combine selections within a single game. For a dedicated look, see our Football page.

Tennis

Tennis is one of BetScore's busier markets after football and table tennis, with dozens of matches typically available. Wimbledon appeared among the featured competitions during our review, which points to strong Grand Slam coverage. As with football, the tournaments on show track the tour calendar, so the specific events rotate throughout the year rather than staying fixed. Across a full season you can expect the four Grand Slams — the Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon and the US Open — alongside the ATP and WTA tour circuits, Masters and premier-level events, and ATP Challenger and lower-tier tournaments that keep the market populated between the majors. Betting options generally cover match winner, set and game handicaps, and totals, giving both pre-match and in-play bettors room to work across singles and doubles action.

Other Sports

Beyond the headline three, BetScore covers basketball, ice hockey, baseball, American football, cricket, volleyball, rugby league and union, snooker, darts, golf, Formula 1, boxing, martial arts and cycling. Its esports offering stands out, with Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant all bookable, plus a novelty politics market. Horse racing and virtual sports round out the menu for players who want quick, always-on action.

Payment methods

BetScore leans heavily on crypto, but keeps room for mainstream fiat options too. The cashier is organised by currency (USD and EUR are the base account currencies) and splits cleanly into deposit and withdrawal tabs, each showing per-method limits before you commit. Deposits cover cards, a couple of e-wallets and a broad list of coins, while withdrawals add bank transfer and a card payout route. Minimums are low — from around $10–$15 on most methods — and BetScore does not charge its own deposit fee. The main friction points are the weekday-only payout processing window and the same-method rule on first withdrawals, both standard security measures. Overall, it is a crypto-first setup that still accommodates card and e-wallet users.

Deposit methods

Deposit options combine card payments, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies. The lowest entry point is $15 on most methods, with Bitcoin the exception at $30, and the standard per-transaction ceiling is $5,000 (MiFinity is capped lower at $2,500, and PlayID and Pay By Card at $2,000). Crypto deposits credit once the network confirms the transaction — in our own test, a USDT transfer landed in about eight minutes — while card and e-wallet top-ups are typically near-instant. BetScore applies no deposit fee on its side, though your card issuer or network may add its own charge. Note that Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the sports welcome bonus, so if claiming the offer matters to you, choose a different funding method. Specific per-method processing times are not individually published, so the figures below reflect the general behaviour of each channel.

Withdrawal methods

The withdrawal menu shifts slightly from deposits: it drops Neteller and adds Bank Transfer and a "Withdraw to Card" route. Minimums start at $10 (Skrill, MiFinity), with Withdraw to Card at $12, PlayID at $20 and most crypto at $25. Maximums per transaction reach $5,000 on most methods, with Bank Transfer topping out at $5,720 and PlayID lower at $1,500. Under BetScore's terms, requests are processed within up to three business days, and the finance department works withdrawals only between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. In practice, crypto can be much faster — our USDT payout cleared in 46 minutes. Remember that daily and monthly caps also apply based on your VIP level (from €500/day and €7,000/month at Level 1 up to €1,500/day and €20,000/month at Level 5), and you can hold a maximum of three pending withdrawals at once. BetScore does not publish its own withdrawal fees; some independent reviews note a possible percentage fee on certain methods.

Local payment methods

BetScore's cashier is built around international cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrency, and it does not list dedicated MENA rails:

  • Mada (KSA) — ❌
  • STC Pay (KSA) — ❌
  • Fawry (Egypt) — ❌
  • PayTabs / HyperPay / Checkout (regional gateways) — ❌

Currently BetScore does not support local MENA payment methods. Players from the region typically use USD/EUR cards or cryptocurrency instead, with stablecoins like USDT being the most convenient route for fast deposits and payouts.

Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency is BetScore's strongest banking area, with a long list of coins and networks supported for both deposits and withdrawals. Deposits generally start at $15 (Bitcoin is the exception at $30) up to $5,000, while withdrawals start at $25 (Bitcoin $60) up to $5,000. Multiple USDT networks are available — ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20 and Solana — giving flexibility on fees and speed, and BetScore's crypto welcome offer explicitly accepts USDT, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Ripple and USD Coin. Processing is tied to network confirmation rather than a fixed clock, so crypto is typically the quickest way in and out; our own USDT withdrawal cleared in under an hour. The table below lists the published per-transaction limits. Where a specific coin or network is not individually broken out on the payments page, its limits follow the standard crypto tier shown.

Availability of common alternative methods at BetScore:

  • Skrill / Neteller — ✅ (Skrill for deposits and withdrawals; Neteller for deposits — but neither qualifies for the sports welcome bonus)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay — ❌ (not listed)
  • PayPal — ❌ (not listed)
  • Bank transfer / Wire transfer — ✅ (withdrawals only, $60–$5,720)

Currencies available for play

BetScore's accounts are denominated in USD or EUR, and its published payment and VIP tables also support a range of other national currencies including NOK, HUF, PLN, NZD, CAD, CZK, AUD and CHF. None of the MENA currencies below are offered as account currencies. This does not prevent players from the region from betting: when you deposit in an unsupported currency, the funds are converted into the currency of your account (USD or EUR, depending on how you registered). In effect, play is available in virtually any currency through this conversion step — you simply hold and wager in a supported base currency while funding from your local one.

Payment Limits & KYC

BetScore keeps its account checks light at sign-up but applies them at the cashout stage, and it sets clear per-transaction and per-period limits that scale with your VIP level. Deposits and withdrawals both run on published minimums and maximums, while the amount you can take out over a day or month depends on where you sit in the five-tier VIP structure. Below is how verification and payout limits work in practice.

KYC Requirements

BetScore does not ask for documents during registration. Instead, verification is typically triggered before your first withdrawal, and can also be requested if activity looks suspicious or exceeds internal thresholds under its anti-fraud and AML procedures. When prompted, you may need to supply:

  • Government-issued ID or passport (or driving licence / national ID card)
  • Proof of address — a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months
  • Proof of payment method ownership (the wallet or account used to deposit)
  • Selfie plus ID or face verification, if additional confirmation is required

Under the terms, documents must be provided within 30 days of a request, and checks are usually completed within about 10 days once submitted.

Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal ceilings are set per day and per month and rise with VIP level; BetScore does not publish a separate weekly cap. The figures below are in EUR (USD limits match). A standard player starts at Level 1, while the highest published tier is Level 5. You can also hold a maximum of three pending withdrawal requests at any one time.

Mobile Experience

BetScore is built for phones as much as desktops. The platform loads through the mobile browser as a single, responsive site that carries the same football-themed styling, dark colour scheme and neon accents seen on desktop. Because the sportsbook and casino share one hybrid layout, switching between betting markets and slots takes only a couple of taps, and the persistent menu keeps shortcuts to search, the cashier, promotions and support within easy reach. In testing, pages loaded quickly and the odds display stayed legible on smaller screens, with decimal prices, live betting and the Bet Builder all functioning the same way they do on desktop. Core account actions — depositing, requesting a withdrawal, opting into promotions and reaching live chat — are all reachable without leaving the mobile interface. BetScore also offers a "Create Shortcut" feature that places an icon on your home screen for faster entry, though this is a convenience add-on rather than a standalone application. Overall, the mobile experience prioritises speed and simplicity, which suits the platform's focus on quick in-play betting and fast-loading casino sessions. The main limitations mirror the desktop product: no live streaming for in-play events, and licensing details that are not surfaced anywhere in the interface.

Mobile Site (Browser)

The mobile site is the primary way to use BetScore on a phone. It renders cleanly in both iOS Safari and Android Chrome, keeping the dark, high-contrast colour scheme that makes odds and bet slips easy to read outdoors. Navigation is anchored by a compact menu that surfaces the key sections — Sports, Live Betting, Casino, Promotions — plus a fast search bar. Page loads were quick in our checks, and the bet slip, cashier and live chat were all accessible within a tap or two. Crucially, no functionality is stripped out on mobile: you can place singles and accumulators, use the Bet Builder, deposit, withdraw and contact support entirely from the browser.

Native App

BetScore does not currently offer a native mobile app. The website is fully optimized for mobile browsers (iOS Safari / Android Chrome). There is no confirmed listing on the Apple App Store or Google Play, and no official APK is published on the pages we reviewed, so features that usually come with a dedicated app — push notifications and biometric (Face ID / fingerprint) login — are not available as native functions. Instead, all betting and account management happens through the responsive site, which mirrors the desktop feature set. For players who want quicker access, the "Create Shortcut" tool adds a home-screen icon, but this simply opens the mobile site rather than installing a separate application. If a native app launches in future, availability and features would need to be confirmed directly on BetScore's site.

Mobile UX Notes

Touch controls are the priority here: bet slip buttons, odds tiles and menu items are sized for thumbs, reducing mis-taps when building selections in-play. The lightweight, dark interface helps pages load on slower 4G and even 3G connections, since the layout leans on text and simple tiles rather than heavy graphics. As with most live-betting sites, a dropped connection may require a page refresh to resync live odds and the bet slip, so it is worth confirming any in-play bet has been accepted after a network hiccup. Overall, tap targets are comfortable and the flow stays responsive.

BetScore Customer Support

BetScore keeps its support channels deliberately simple: the two confirmed routes are 24/7 live chat and email at support@betscore.com, with a separate address, complaints@betscore.com, for formal complaints. There is no publicly listed phone number, WhatsApp or Telegram line on the pages we reviewed. In our own testing the service was responsive and courteous — live chat replied in about one minute, while email came back in roughly two hours, both in professional English. Complaints follow a defined path: after an initial support response, unresolved cases can be escalated in writing, and BetScore aims to communicate an outcome within 10 days. The help centre also hosts FAQ sections covering sportsbook, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and technical issues, which can resolve common questions without contacting an agent. Independent reviews are mixed on agent quality, but our experience was positive.

Is BetScore Safe? Licensing & Security

Transparency is BetScore's weakest trust signal, and it is worth being direct about it. The operator's official site does not display a gambling licence number, seal or operator name anywhere in the footer, About Us or Terms — the one area where a trustworthy brand normally makes this obvious. We could not confirm any licence number against a regulator's public register. Independent reviews are inconsistent: some report an Anjouan licence (with Curaçao claimed previously), others state that BetScore only holds a Costa Rican data-processing registration, which is not a gambling licence at all. Because these claims cannot be verified on a regulator's site, we treat the licensing status as unconfirmed rather than repeating an unverified number as fact. On the positive side, BetScore's own terms confirm player funds are held in segregated client accounts, and its privacy notice confirms GDPR-aligned data handling with encryption of sensitive information. The table below separates what is verifiable from what the brand does not disclose.

BetScore for Arabic Players

BetScore does not list any MENA country among its Excluded Jurisdictions, and its interface offers Arabic as a language option, so the platform is technically reachable across the region. The important nuance is legal rather than technical: online gambling is prohibited or unregulated under domestic law in most Arab states, so access from the operator's side does not make play locally lawful. For that reason we classify these markets as a gray zone — BetScore itself does not block them, but local restrictions apply and players carry the compliance risk. The table below reflects BetScore's own country policy combined with the local legal reality; always confirm your own jurisdiction's rules before registering. For localized guidance, use the country links provided.

Halal / Sharia Transparency

For readers who weigh these factors, mainstream Islamic jurisprudence broadly treats wagering money on uncertain outcomes as maysir (gambling) and qimar (games of chance), and the four Sunni schools — Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hanbali — generally regard casino games, slots and fixed-odds sports betting as falling within these categories, though scholars differ on scope and specific cases. This is provided as neutral information, not a religious ruling. BetScore does not offer any Sharia-aware game filtering, halal-mode toggle or content segmentation, and its library and sportsbook are presented without reference to such considerations.

VPN Policy

BetScore's published terms do not explicitly authorize VPN use to bypass geographic or legal restrictions, and its account rules already prohibit providing false or alternative credentials. Using a VPN to access the service from a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction is therefore a gray area at best: it may breach the terms and, more importantly, KYC checks tie your account to verified identity and location documents at the withdrawal stage. If a mismatch is detected, the operator reserves broad rights to suspend accounts and void funds, so VPN access carries a real risk of blocked withdrawals or account closure.

Player Reviews

Our player rating is built from verified feedback submitted by real users who have registered, deposited or played at BetScore. Every submission passes basic moderation to filter spam, fake entries and abusive language, but we publish reviews independently of their tone — positive and negative alike. We do not remove or hide criticism to protect an operator, and we do not inflate scores for commercial reasons. The result is an aggregate that reflects genuine player experience, including recurring themes around payouts, bonuses and support, so you can weigh consensus rather than isolated opinions.

Final Verdict

BetScore is a capable, crypto-friendly sportsbook wrapped in a gamified, football-first platform, and it delivers where it counts for bettors: a wide multi-sport spread with esports, decimal odds, Bet Builder and cashout, plus a rolling programme of sports reloads, cashback and boosts. In our own testing, deposits and withdrawals were fast and support was quick and courteous. The reservations are real, though — licensing and operator details are not disclosed or verifiable, there is no live streaming, and responsible-gambling tools are minimal. Who is this casino for? It suits experienced sports bettors who value fast crypto banking, recurring promotions and in-play tools, and who are comfortable using an offshore brand whose regulatory status is not clearly published. Cautious players who need a verified licence and robust player-protection features should look elsewhere.

How We Review Bookmaker

Every BetScore rating comes from hands-on testing against six weighted criteria, not marketing claims. Here is what each one covers:

  • Safety & Licensing: we check for a verifiable licence on the regulator's register, encryption, segregated funds and fair terms — the heaviest-weighted factor.
  • Bonuses: we assess welcome and reload value against wagering, max-bet caps, win caps and time limits for realistic clearability.
  • Markets & Odds: we count sports, leagues and live coverage, and sample odds and betting tools like Bet Builder and cashout.
  • Banking: we deposit and withdraw real money to verify methods, limits, fees and payout speed.
  • Mobile: we test the browser experience for speed, navigation and full feature access on phones.
  • Support: we contact every channel to measure response time, language coverage and answer quality.

Scores are combined into a weighted index; full details are on our Methodology page.

Affiliate disclosure

Arabian Gambler reviews every brand — including BetScore — independently, on the same criteria, regardless of any commercial relationship. Our editorial assessment always comes first: we register, test banking, play, contact support and evaluate the terms before any partnership is considered. Only after that independent review is complete may we enter an affiliate arrangement with an operator, and we may earn a commission when players register or deposit through links on our site. That commission never changes our scoring, our findings or the tone of a review, and it comes at no extra cost to you. Where our conclusions are critical — as with BetScore's undisclosed licensing — we publish those findings in full, whether or not a partnership exists.

Responsible Gaming

BetScore is an adults-only platform. Registration and play require you to be at least 18 years of age, and the operator states that accounts for under-18s are prohibited and that any winnings by underage players will be voided. Depending on your jurisdiction, a higher age gate of 21+ may apply locally, so check the rules where you live before signing up.

Gambling should stay entertainment, never a source of income or a way to recover losses. If betting begins to affect your finances, relationships, work or wellbeing, treat it as a signal to pause. BetScore's own tools are limited — self-exclusion is available by emailing support — so you may also want to use external safeguards such as device-level blocking software and strict personal deposit budgets.

For confidential help, international resources include BeGambleAware, GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy, which offer advice and support across many regions. Players in the MENA region who lack a dedicated local helpline can turn to these international services, and to general mental-health and counselling lines available in their country. For more guidance and a full list of support options, see our Responsible Gambling page.

FAQ

Is BetScore trustworthy and safe for Arab players?

BetScore holds no gambling licence that is displayed or verifiable on its official site — independent sources conflict between Anjouan, former Curaçao, and a Costa Rica data-processing registration. It does keep player funds in segregated accounts and applies GDPR-aligned data handling, but the missing licence transparency means players carry more risk than at clearly regulated operators.

Does BetScore actually pay out winnings?

In our own test, BetScore paid a $600 USDT withdrawal in 46 minutes with no issues. Independent reviews are mixed: several confirm payouts are honoured after verification, while some player complaints report withdrawal difficulties. lists an above-average Safety Index of 7.7 with few restrained-payout complaints relative to its size.

How long does it take to withdraw winnings from BetScore?

BetScore's terms state withdrawals are processed within up to three business days, with the finance department working requests only between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. In practice crypto is much faster — our USDT payout cleared in 46 minutes. You can hold a maximum of three pending withdrawals at once.

Is BetScore legal in the UAE / Saudi Arabia / Egypt?

BetScore does not block the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Egypt, and none appear on its Excluded Jurisdictions list. However, online gambling is prohibited or unregulated under domestic law in all three, making this a gray zone. Access from the operator's side does not make play locally lawful; players bear the compliance risk.

Does BetScore accept Saudi Riyals, UAE Dirhams, or Kuwaiti Dinars?

No. BetScore's account currencies are USD and EUR, alongside NOK, HUF, PLN, NZD, CAD, CZK, AUD and CHF. SAR, AED and KWD are not offered. Deposits in an unsupported currency are converted to your account currency (USD or EUR), so play remains possible through conversion.

Does BetScore offer 24/7 Arabic-language customer support?

BetScore provides 24/7 live chat and email support (support@betscore.com), and Arabic is available as an interface language. However, whether live-chat and email agents respond in native Arabic is not disclosed by the casino. In our test, chat replied within about one minute and email within two hours, both in English.

Is BetScore compliant with Islamic Sharia law?

No. BetScore offers no Sharia-aware game filtering, halal mode or content segmentation. Mainstream Islamic jurisprudence across the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hanbali schools generally treats casino games, slots and fixed-odds betting as maysir and qimar. This is neutral information, not a religious ruling.

Does BetScore accept USDT and BTC cryptocurrencies?

Yes. BetScore accepts USDT (on ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20 and Solana networks), Bitcoin, and many other coins including ETH, LTC, USDC, TRX, DOGE, SOL, BNB, ADA and BCH. Crypto deposits start at $15 ($30 for Bitcoin) up to $5,000; crypto withdrawals run $25–$5,000 ($60 minimum for Bitcoin).

Does BetScore support Mada cards or STC Pay?

No. BetScore does not support Mada, STC Pay, Fawry or regional gateways like PayTabs and HyperPay. It offers international cards, Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity e-wallets, bank transfer, and a wide range of cryptocurrencies. Regional players typically use USD/EUR cards or stablecoins such as USDT instead.

Is there a BetScore mobile app for iOS and Android?

No native BetScore app is confirmed on the App Store, Google Play, or as an official APK. The website is fully optimized for mobile browsers (iOS Safari and Android Chrome) and retains all features. A "Create Shortcut" tool adds a home-screen icon, but this opens the mobile site rather than installing an app.
